Gil’s is our go-to every time we visit Maui. The condo is top notch with a great view and space, and Gil is a terrific host. Easy setup and communications, fully loaded condo in a perfect location. Makes each of our Maui visits perfect!

We love this condo. This was our second stay here because it is absolutely lovely. What a location, and the condo is meticulously maintained. Gil, the owner, is responsive and thoughtful. Nice Getaway

Good location with a nice ocean view and view of the golf course. Quiet top floor location with easy access to the community pool and BBQ. Within walking distance of the Wailea shops and a short drive to lots of public beach access. Smaller but functional kitchen perfect for four people. Very responsive communication with owner prior to and throughout our stay.

Wonderful condo - beautiful stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! Gil's condo was clean, comfortable, and offers the best sunset viewing on the lanai. It's location in Wailea is perfect. So many great shops,restaurants, and beaches within walking distance. We look forward to staying here again next year. Thanks Gil!

Great place near Marriott

Gil's place has a fantastic view of the ocean and I've stayed multiple years for an event at the Marriott, which is walking distance. Gil is also a great communicator and has been very flexible.

Still our fav Maui spot

This is at least our fifth or sixth time at this condo and it still is our favorite Maui spot! Awesome location and view, the condo is clean and very nice, plus Gil is a pleasure to deal with. You can easily walk to anywhere in Wailea from the condo and it’s right on the Blue Course. Coffee is less than two blocks away! Mahalo again!

Nice location. Clean condominium. AC in one of bedroom is little loud. Kitchen has everything you need. Clear instructions. Beach umbrella and beach chairs for four. Balcony has good view.

Great property !

This is a very clean, well appointed, and well maintained property. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean, and lots of amenities within a short walking distance. It is within walking distance to the beach, but it is easier to drive, especially if you have kids and their beach toys. The quiet location and proximity to everything else more than makes up for it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous Vacation

Aloha, loved our stay. Great location and amazing ocean views from the Lanai. Family Vacation

The condo is very clean and quiet, and the location is great. It’s walking distance to coffee shop, groceries and golf. Snorkeling at the Ulua Beach is only 3 min drive. Our family had a wonderful time eating dinner at the lanai and watching sunset!

A little bit of Heaven

The pictures listed understate the beauty of this property. The highlight to the property is the lanai and the ocean sunsets you can see from it. The condo is perfectly located in the upscale community of Wailea just minutes from top rated resorts, beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. The property is quiet and sits away from main road. You have uninterrupted views of the ocean from the lanai. The condo is positioned along the golf course which did not cause any issues during our stay. The condo was well equipped with all the essential needs including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and beach gear. It allowed our family to feel at home away from home and take in a little bit of heaven! We will be booking again in the near future.

Our fav spot on Maui

Great location with a view, plus close to coffee, food, golf and the beach. Roomy and well appointed condo that we have used twice and already have trip three planned. Gil is terrific to work with and helps make our vacations feel like vacations.

My first trip to Maui was to attend a friends wedding and have been back at least two or 3 times a year for the past 30 years managing my vacation rentals in Maui. Having graduated from law school at Tulsa University, obtaining a masters in labor law at NYU and a Real Estate Broker's license in CA, I decided to put all these skills to work in real estate investing.

Location, location, location is the criteria I use when choosing a property and this unit has that and more. The views are the best in the complex, it is totally private where no other units face you and is situated away from all roads and the associated road noise. The high vaulted ceilings in this upper level unit afford the best views possible and an open, airy, tropical feeling. Did I mention the VIEWS?! Oh yes, they are unobstructed from the living room, master bedroom, kitchen and lanais and capture the nightly blaze of color as the sun sets over the ocean with breaching whales during whale season.
