This one Bedroom condo unit features a king size bedroom w/ensuite, a large eat in kitchen with bar, dining area, large living room with seating for 4, desk, and a (queen-size) sofa-bed and full size plus a second full size bathroom. Large patio with beautiful scenery. Ample space for 4+ with privacy.

The space
Spacious 1 Bedroom suite with all the amenities for a home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, closet and two large bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. You'll enjoy a spacious living area with a queen size sofa bed, office, dining table. This suite sleeps 4 adults very comfortably. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with your morning coffee or evening meal on your large private balcony overlooking the pristine golf course and ravine. Ideal for remote working or peaceful tropical getaway. You are a few minutes to the pool and 10 minute walk to one of most sought after beaches in the world.

Enjoy your own private kiosk on Eagle beach and soak in the sun on the clean white sands with crystal clear ocean at your toes (arrive early, kisok's and loungers are first come first serve). After a long hard day enjoy a cocktail or meal at one of the nearby resort cafés and restaurants and try your luck at the casino.

Enjoy all the resort has to offer such as a fully equipped gym, club house restaurants, tennis courts and of course access to the golf course *Golfing fee required. Everything at your disposal without leaving the resort. Your tropical paradise awaits.

DEHUMIDIFIER:
Every one of our units is equipped with at least one dehumidifier. These are used for your safety and comfort. Our staff will empty the dehumidifiers 2 times daily. Once at 11am and again at 4pm. If you prefer not to be interrupted, you can empty the containers on your own. It's very simple, just ask our staff and we will show you how.

BATH LINEN:
We change condo towels, empty garbage and empty dehumidifiers daily.

CLEANING
Our staff do not clean the Condo's during your stay. We do offer this service for $45USD. Let us know a day or two in advance and the property manager will coordinate with you.

GUEST SUPPLIES:
Start-up supplies are provided, these are restocked weekly, only if you request our optional daily or midweek housekeeping services (surcharge applies).

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
Beach towels are also complimentary, use towel cards provided with your room. Replace towels as needed, remember to collect your card when returning your towel. We also provide a small cooler you can use to bring your drinks to the beach, no glass allowed at the beach or pools.

Other things to note
Each unit is equipped with a dehumidifier. The heat in Aruba is lovely, but thank goodness for Air Conditioning. The dehumidifier will be emptied daily by our staff or if you prefer you can empty the water container. Please ask for assistance if you need help, were always available.
