Looking for a stylish and centrally located place to stay while visiting St Pete and Gulfport? Here it is! This 2 bed, 1 bath has king & queen memory foam mattresses, 55-inch TV, fast WIFI, washer/dryer, tankless water heater, and a fully fenced-in yard. Minutes to world famous beaches, downtown St Pete, and Beach Blvd all while being tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood oasis. Plus, only a short drive to local hot spots like Tropicana Field, Dali Museum, Sunken Gardens, & Stetson University.

Our home is designed to make your stay in St Pete+Gulfport as stress-free as possible so you can have a fun and memorable trip. Our home includes:

Central Avenue is 4 blocks from our home and is the main street for local shops and dining. We highly recommend a cruise down the street heading east to the water and stopping wherever strikes your fancy.

You will have complete access to the entire townhouse except one owner's closet which is locked. Only you and your guests will have access to the space during your stay.

Please note:
This is an entire home that is part of a duplex. There is a shared wall with another unit so it is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.

For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 4 guests).

Quiet hours are between 11pm-9am.

And, for everyone's safety, there is a Ring doorbell security camera on the outside of the house. Any tinkering or manipulation of the camera will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund.
