We had a wonderful stay. The owner communicated with us so well and provided great information about Cabo! The staff at Villa la Estancia are so great and the grounds are beautiful!

The property is in an excellent location -- beach is swimmable and you can walk into town (or very short ride). The unit is very spacious and offers a fantastic view. The host is extremely helpful and has great communication skills. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying in this unit and 5th time at Villa La Estancia. Everything was perfect. It's a beautiful, well appointed and spacious condo. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Plenty of room for our party of 7 to be together and have privacy. I highly recommend!

Cabo at it’s best

Wonderful stay at Estancia as always. Our VRBO was perfect. Service cleanliness and staff were above par. Will be back soon.

Great Time

We had a great time at Estancia between Christmas and New Year's. The accommodations were perfect and the host was incredibly responsive. Would certainly go back and highly recommend!

Perfect location

We enjoyed the property immensely. Very easy to take a taxi anywhere in the area plus the trolley to other property restaurants was very convenient. Definitely recommend this condo.

Best place to stay in Cabo

The villa is absolutely gorgeous and the view is incredible! The resort, dining, pools, restaurants and location is top notch, loved it all! Our family had the best time and we will definately be back. Thank you!

Excellent host and property!

The host was extremely helpful and easy to work with and the property was spectacular. Huge open space with a ton of natural light, well maintained and in a perfect location to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation with the family. Highly recommended.

Better than the photos

This property is better than the photos which is rare! Not only was the condo itself clean, pretty, and well stocked, but the resort's customer service was top level. Excellent food, pool side care, spa and beach services. The concierge was helpful in all ways and the VRBO communications were excellent.

Condo is great. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the views from the balcony. Curt was very helpful and replied promptly. Property restaurants and even the convenience store were horrendously overpriced - wanted 90 for a 12 prosecco for example- so much so it detracted from my enjoyment of the resort. Lounge chairs by pool very scarce even after holiday crowd eased. Great location on Medano Beach but a long beach stroll or 15 cab ride to town or marina.
