"Three Covered Bridges Guesthouse" är ett helrenoverat århundrade gammalt hem på 75 hektar av naturliga Vermont bergskogar ... fylld med flera bäckar och många charmiga vattenfall. Bäckarna förenas och strömmar sedan österut i Northfield Falls där tre täckta broar i rad gav inspiration till vårt namn.
Vi är fullt registrerade, licensierade, beskattade och försäkrade.

Kom och slappna av i vår andra våningen privat lägenhet med antingen 1 sovrum (drottning) eller 2 sovrum (andra sovrummet är en dubbel). Vardagsrum, fullt utrustat (sans diskmaskin) pentry för ljus matlagning, stort badrum (nyvinkel dusch), privat ingång med omslag, 32 "platt-TV (parabol med DVR) och trådlöst internet. Det finns massor av musikstationer via tv, och det finns också en I-pod / Cd-spelare för dina skivor och I-pod.

Obs! Den angivna nattpriset är baserat på 2 nätter för ett sovrum för 2 vuxna. Det finns en extra kostnad för andra sovrummet. (vissa helgdagar kräver en 3 nätters vistelse.)

Ett "dubbel" rum i huvudhuset är också tillgängligt. Större grupper kan använda det i tillägg till lägenheten, eller det kan hyras separat som "rum med delat badrum". Vänligen fråga om tillgänglighet.

Mountain retreat

Highly recommend, perfect place to retreat to the hills of Vermont and enjoy all it it’s beauty. The owner is very nice and extremely helpful.

A great stay

Dawn was a fantastic host. Her place was great, exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, and centrally located to a variety of popular destinations near Montpelier and Waterbury. My family will definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend retreat

Perfect space for our parents weekend at Norwich. The property is gorgeous and begs you to relax and unwind. Dawn was helpful and available for any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, relaxing property!

Such a wonderful, cozy spot. Dawn is an awesome hostess. Make sure you schedule a day to wander the lovely property with a book. Hidden away around every corner Dawn has created comfy sitting areas to take advantage of the scenery.

Country get away

Beautiful, quiet get away spot off the grid so to speak. No service on our phones and the local wi-fi was limited (the only thing I would update in the listing). We weren't there long enough to explore the glorious property as we were busy visiting family. Dawn greeted us very warmly and surprised us with yummy muffins waiting for us in the fridge.

A wonderful place!!! A wonderful hostess!!!

Our stay was just fantastic! Dawn was a great hostess and it was nice getting to know her. She greeted us at the door, showed us around and to our room. She is very friendly, and it was nice to just sit and talk when we could. Our stay was too short! There was lots of snow and Dawn was so kind she let us borrow snow shoes and we went snow shoeing in Vermont!!! Something I will always remember and a moment I will treasure. I want to visit again in the warm weather so I can enjoy all of the great property. The house was very warm and inviting and the bed was very comfortable and everything was neat and clean and we just loved it!!!! Julie and Paul

Relaxing, cozy, and overall magical

Looking for a perfect, cozy getaway for my fiancé and I, I stumbled upon this cozy gem. The place is immaculate and so much more than you'd expect. We stayed in the upstairs of the house and it was perfect. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much every tool you need to whip up a great meal. The owner, Dawn, is the most thoughtful & accomodating person I have encountered in a long time. She made it clear that she wants her guests to be totally stress free from the minute they book a stay. She sends helpful directions and answers every question promptly. She was actually on vacation herself while my fiancé and I stayed there and she still did above and beyond what was expected. I could sing her praises a million times over. James, the innkeeper, was really great too. He helped us get our car out of the snow and suggested an amazing restaurant for dinner. If you're looking for a tiny slice of heaven that will help you escape a busy life in the city, this is truly it. Burlington & Mt Pelier are a short drive away if you want to explore and Sugarbush is very close if you want to ski or snowboard.

Relax, Reconnect , Recharge

After many months of pandemic living, this place was a welcome respite where we could putter Inside or enjoy the outdoors. There is plenty to hike on the property and you are close to all the fun of Montpelier, Stowe and Bolton. The house was pristine with plenty of towels and sheets. I would call this space cozy but spacious. We rented the downstairs part of the home with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed as well. Should we come back we would aim to rent the whole house as there is an apartment upstairs that can be connected to the house. But must say we enjoyed it all and would only want the the upstairs as it has a queen bed and as my husband is big and tall -so the double bed was at capacity. And a extra bathroom is always a plus. However- despite the upstairs being rented it still was quiet and felt private as we had different entrances and dedicated outdoor patio and table spaces. Overall, we enjoyed being remote yet only a ten minute ride from the grocery store and laundry mat in Northfield . There are also Several great places for burgers, beer and pizza downtown. Lastly- Dawn the owner was responsive and helpful from the time we booked up until the time we left.

Comfortable, clean and truly VT.

I stayed with my husband and teenaged son for two nights. We very much appreciated the flexibility with our check-in time. The apartment was clean and quiet and the beds comfortable. We ate breakfast on the covered porch with a mountain view and enjoyed the sound of the nearby brook.

Hidden Gem!

Incredible property and a wonderful host! The home sits on a gorgeous piece of land. Beautifully landscaped by nature with waterfalls and the sound of rushing water from the porch. The house was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. And Dawn, the host, was so kind and generous. We loved it!

Still blissful!

I grew up in Vermont and I wanted to share it with my partner. Dawn couldn't have provided a nicer "home base" for us! The woods and falls were gorgeous with lots of opportunity to explore. The grounds were lovely with a rose-covered arch and raised beds for veggies. We even got to set up our travel badminton game on a lawn that yielded the last of the season's wild strawberries. The apartment was perfect with windows throughout for cross breezes and a covered porch for al fresco dining and reading. Dawn even provided a map of the property to help us orient ourselves with respect to the brook and falls. It was a beautiful and tranquil spot for our Vermont vacation - thanks Dawn!

Wonderful place for the weekend

My partner and I stayed here while in Vermont to ski at Sugarbush. We really enjoyed the cozy apartment. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a beautiful area. The TV was a bit fuzzy, but we didn't mind because we weren't there to watch TV. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet and cozy getaway.

Clean home with excellent host

Remote, quiet location but easy driving distance to many Vermont tourist sites and attractions. Owner is very flexible and provided excellent communications during our stay. The site is a "transformer house", i.e. it can be easily configured to handle from 1 to 8 guests.

Great little escape in the foothills of Vermont

Beautiful and expansive property! Dawns place is a gem, especially when you look at what she started with and how the property and guest space has developed over the years. A bit interesting to find (not difficult) but would recommend arriving during the day if possible. Dawn made it easy ahead of the stay, and even made us muffins left in the fridge when we arrived.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

Dawn and Mindy were terrific hosts. My family and I had a wonderful time hiking the property enjoying the waterfalls and seeing family. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment and looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Very Clean, Beautiful and Centrally Located

Dawn has invested here time and effort in creating a beautiful and very clean place to stay in central Vermont. We were fortunate enough to stay on the property at the peak of the Fall foliage change. The view from 3 Covered Bridges was extraordinary. We didn't get to spend a lot of time on the property but when we did it was very peaceful. This was our first time to visit Vermont. We utilized 3 Covered Bridges as a hub to visit many of the festivals and attractions. It was a great location to do this as it is centrally located and easy in and out to I-89. Dawn is a very gracious hostess. We enjoyed the times that we were able to talk with her. If we are ever in the area in the future we will definitely return here to stay.

Great country house, convenient accomodations

Dawn's house is centrally located if you're interested in exploring all the Vermont mountain towns, waterfalls, and hiking trails. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was really great to have. The outdoor space and grounds are lovely, though we didn't have too much time to explore them. Dawn was a great hostess and was always available for questions while also giving us our privacy.
