Located in Fondren, you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 2-story 1940 home in the "funky" Fondren neighborhood with over 2,400 sf of space. There is plenty of room to spread out for alone time, or come together as a group. Located close to terrific restaurants and fun activities, this house has 7 beds, 1.5 baths, two living spaces, and a dedicated office, you can't go wrong booking this spectacular home for work or play.
Guests have access to the entire house except the locked master bedroom marked "owner" (just inside the front door) and the crawl space.

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.
**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.**
We do have some rules in place:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event.
No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.
MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.

This property is in the awesome neighborhood of Fondren. There is so much offered here - entertainment, excellent restaurants, and coffee shops.
There are three bedrooms with one being downstairs. The downstairs bedroom is a full trundle bed with a twin on the bottom.
The upstairs features the large master with a queen bed and a trundle with a two twin beds. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. A full bathroom upstairs with a tub/shower combo.
There are two living rooms downstairs, a dedicated office with a desk and chair, a dining room, a large equipped kitchen, a half bath, high-speed internet, and all utilities paid.
Perfect for family travelers, as well! This home boasts a large, private, fenced-in yard, a manual gated driveway, and a play structure for the kids.
We are located within 3 miles of every major medical center in Jackson and less than 4 miles from the State Capital. Ask about our longer term rentals for the traveling health industry, traveling executives, and those in governmental affairs.
