Situated in Vathys, this villa features free private parking. The beach in Vathys village is called Rina, it is right down below the house and the taverns.
At the edge of the natural port of Rina is a concrete beach, the sea has deep water and access to the water is by stair treads.
This is where the house is located, it is built on the hillside overlooking the valley of Vathys village and also the sea.
The yard of the house is on 3 levels, as shown in the photos.
The house is ideal for 3, 4 or 5 guests! We don't charge extra fee for the number of guests.
It has 2 full bathrooms with toilet, sink, and shower and another 1 bathroom with toilet and sink.
It has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Also in the small living room a sofa bed, it is possible for two people to comfortably sleep on it. In total, the house can host up to 6 guests!
The short private road that leads uphill to the house is made of concrete. The road is suitable for use by a small car with a MAX length of 3 meters and an engine MIN 1200cc.

Keep in touch via mobile phone, internet - email, and a family member living in the village, to provide with care services and also the check in & out process. The family member will meet you at the property for check-in, also will show you around the place and explain important things to know (like how the key works, how to use the air conditioner, the washing machine, WIFI password, etc.) and may offer to chat with you, if you have time! To prevent any confusion, we require a minimum reservation time of 3 days, which must be before midnight on the day of arrival (advance notice).
