Our rental worked very well for the two of us. Location was great for getting around Tucson. The place clean with plenty of room to relax. We cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again.

The unit worked out great for us. It had everything we needed (except a box of Kleenex). The bed was very comfortable- the shower had hot and powerful stream. Having the washer dryer was a bonus.

Very nice place. A note to point out the location of the thermostat would be good (behind the TV). Very responsive host. Thanks

As an experienced VRBOer I would say there is way too much room for improvement and upgrades and cleanliness.I cannot recommend.

Cozy, Convenient and Safe

We were very pleased with the property, its cleanliness and overall condition, along with the excellent communication with the property managers/ owners. We are first time renters with VRBO, and if this positive experience is normal, you've made us believers! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

exceeded expectations

This guesthouse is a gem! It's very clean, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The photos are accurate, yet the guesthouse lives bigger than they show. It had everything we needed for cooking meals, including a full spice rack and all the necessary cooking implements. The host was quick to respond, like when I couldn't find the thermostat (it's behind the wall mounted TV). We were visiting Tucson to ride bikes and found the neighborhood very bikeable and safe.

We enjoyed staying at this guesthouse. It was nice and bright, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen was well equipped, there were even large coffee cups which was a plus! The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Some frustrations we observed was there were no places to put your clothes in the bedroom. There wasn't a dresser, night stand with drawers or an ottoman. There were a few hangers in the bedroom closet but the closet rack was difficult to get to. Also one side of the couch was broken under the cushions resulting in us being able to only sit on one side. The thermostat was also difficult to find. It's behind the TV and should be stated in the info regarding the home.Overall we were happy and would stay again.
