Enjoy this beautiful studio apartment between San Antonio and El Peñón, now with A/C!

If you are one of those who prefer absolute silence to rest but do not mind sacrificing the view (although it has a beautiful green terrace for exclusive use of the apartment), this option is perfect for you. If, on the other hand, you prefer an apartment with a view of the street and love to feel part of the life of our city, perhaps 201 is the most suitable for you.
The house has a single entrance but 4 independent studio apartments. There are two studio apartments on the first floor (one large - 102 and one small - 101) and two studio apartments on the second floor (one large - 201 and one small - 202).
We have two internet companies throughout the house so you never stay disconnected. Claro with 300 MB and Tigo with approximately 100 MB.
There is a paid parking lot across the street, with a differential rate for our guests.
You will be able to live a great adventure in the middle of nature, the great gastronomic variety and heritage culture of the area.
For guests who want to get to know the surroundings and have approximately 30 minutes of time, we offer a free tour of the San Antonio and El Peñón neighborhoods. The cat monument is just a 5-minute walk away and the Boulevard del RĂo is about 15 minutes away on foot. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Intercontinental and Dann Carlton hotels, where you can enjoy their delicious restaurants and wet area (find out directly from them the price to be charged).
We also offer free accompaniment to the Hill of the 3 Crosses along ecological and easily accessible trails, after prior scheduling with the host. It is an excellent encounter with sport, nature and the view of our city.
We love having fluid communication with our guests. Feel free to ask us anything you need from the chat. We are always very attentive to responding in the shortest time possible.

San Antonio is one of the most emblematic neighborhoods in Cali, where you can find the best restaurants, bars and colonial-style houses. When you are here you will realize that you will not have to go anywhere else, because between San Antonio and El Peñón you have everything. You will be in the heart of our city, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
