About this place
Superhost Hospitality in a Newly Remodeled Victorian Home in the heart of Baker Historic Neighborhood near Downtown Denver.
The home consists of 3 private rooms and shared living spaces - kitchen, living, and outdoor areas.
Your space: Private bedroom with SHARED bathroom across a hallway, smart TV, queen bed, and access to all common areas.

No owner clutter, 2 miles to Broncos, Rockies Stadium & downtown entertainment. World-class skiing in under 90 minutes!
The space
My home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many entertainment spots nearby. Broncos and Rockies stadiums are located 2 miles away and everything that downtown Denver has to offer is within a very close proximity. World-class skiing including Vail, Frisco, Winter Park, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin, in under 90 minutes as well as renowned casinos and snow sports!
The private room is located upstairs in a 3-bedroom home with a shared bathroom accessed across a hallway. The bedroom is equipped with a Yale electronic keypad that can only be opened with a code and locked from the inside for complete privacy.

I have curated all spaces with all of the amenities I believe to be important such as high-speed internet, a private in-room 65-inch smart TV, a coffee bar, an iron/ironing board as well as high-end sheets and towels.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all new and premium appliances. I am confident that you will find everything that you will need to cook any meal or quick snack. You will share the full-size fridge with another guest staying in the downstairs bedroom.
The kitchen, dining room, and living and outdoor areas are shared spaces.

Please enjoy my home! You have access to all of the amazing spaces the home has to offer such as the exterior deck equipped with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area. The kitchen, dining room, living, and outdoor areas are shared spaces. Your bathroom across the hallway will be shared with another guest.
During your stay
I am happy to meet new guests if I am onsite but I always try to give my guests as much privacy as possible. This is why I have enabled this listing to be a complete self-check-in experience.
Other things to note
There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. Please note that from April to November on the first Tuesday of every month there is street sweeping. On this date, please park your car across the street the night before. By Tuesday evening, you may continue to park regularly in front of the house.
