Historically serving as the city's main rail hub, Armory Park features a rich industrial heritage that's recently been revitalized with an influx of hip bars, breweries, restaurants, and art galleries. The long avenues are beautifully lit by ornate street lamps. It is ideal for walking, not only to downtown, but also just to stroll and enjoy the architecture. At least seven breweries are within walking distance of the home, along with great dining options. The Children's Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Tucson Convention Center are all within a one-mile radius. Downtown Tucson is just over a mile away. Sentinel Peak, Reid Park Zoo, and the Tucson Botanical Gardens are all less than six miles away. The daily rumble of passing trains highlights the neighborhood's history. Hop on the Sun Link streetcar to explore the area-there's a stop just one mile from your stay.
