VÄLKOMMEN TILL NEEDLE RUSH POINT -

Vår lägenhet på första våningen i denna låga uppkomst samhället är undanstoppad för din njutning. Vårt nybyggda och ljudisolerade lägenhet ligger på bottenvåningen med 1250 kvadratmeter. Vi har även parkering precis utanför ytterdörren. Det finns inga hissar eller parkeringsdäck här med endast 100 lägenheter och 40 i vårt avsnitt. Din fridfulla vistelse blir en bra tid bort från stadens liv. Vårt sovrum har en king size-säng, tillgång till balkong och ett privat badrum. Vårt andra sovrummet har en full size säng och dubbelsäng. Vi har en extra full hall bad. Vi har nya kakelgolv och våra sovrum har trägolv. Vårt vardagsrum har en bäddsoffa för när de extra gästerna bara inte kommer att lämna! Vi har ett fullt utrustat kök med matbord. Vi har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vår rymliga däck har utsikt över Ole River och även en fantastisk pool. Vi har en extra pool som ligger på Gulf sidan för ett annat alternativ ~ vilken sort! Vårt samhälle har också 2 tända tennisbanor, gratis båtförvaring och båtdockor samt fantastiska fiskebryggor. Vi erbjuder fantastiska nya specialerbjudanden. Peace and Serenity

Our stay was amazing! Lita was an excellent host and communicated extremely fast. The condo was just as advertised and the property was lovely. We will definitely make her condo one of our go-to's when coming down to the beach! Thanks for making our trip so relaxing and easy!

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. Best parts were fishing off the dock and having a pool on the gulf side and bay side. It was clean and it was so easy communicating with the owner. We’ll be back

Flora Bama Visit

We had a great time with a prefect setting sitting on the back porch looking out into the river was unbelievable. We where within walking distance of the Flora a Bama a great property was not disappointed

Wonderful owner; nice condo; great maintenance manager

The owner was organized, friendly, and responsive. The condo was beautiful and has a wonderful view of the bay. I felt the asking price was very reasonable. The maintenance manager introduced himself and was extremely personable. One of our favorite rentals. We will definitely stay here again.

Great for those with a boat and very relaxing

Get away from the crowds but close to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach & Pensacola for the fun. Access to the bay and the beach and being able to keep your boat in the water makes everything so much easier. Secure location to keep your trailer. The condo has everything you need and has beautiful old trees in front that provide shade and create a Zen atmosphere.

Very nice property

This is a very nice condo and very well stocked. Great location with a view of the river from our patio. We had access to two pools, which overlook the water. The private beach access is right across the street. The owner is very nice and helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this owner and this property.

Spring Break

We spent 13 days at this property. The property owener Lita was very quick to respond to any questions. I loved the back patio, as many hours were spent watching the boats coming and going on the River and we even seen dolphins a couple times. The properties two pools were very clean, yet cold due to chilly weather at night. The private Gulf beach across the road was well maintained. There are loungers out there with cushions and umbrellas as long as it is not too windy. At night we had a great time catching crabs and just listening to the waves. Away from the property there is Gulf Shores or Pensacola. We were able to watch the Blue Angels practice one morning from Fort Pickens. If you intend to go to this viewing, leave early as it is a very slow drive to the fort.

Wonderful getaway spot

The owner of this property is so easy to work with and the property was perfect. We stayed here over Halloween with our young kids and they were so helpful and friendly in answering all our questions. The place is gorgeous and spacious.

Relaxing condo

Our condo was everything we read it to be. The complex is very peaceful and relaxing. But you are close to restaurants, shops and bars. The owner, Lita Henderson, was so easy to work with and responds to messages quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Definitely Recommend

I have to come to Pensacola every two years for certification. We decided to take our boat with us on this trip. This is the perfect place to stay! The condo was clean, convenient (boat dock) and the owner was absolutely helpful., and thoughtful. Mrs. Lita offered us options due to the bad weather at the time and I thought that was extremely nice on her behalf. Will definitely look forward to coming back when it’s time again !
