Located in a vibrant beachfront Port A community, this retreat is just steps from the sand, offering everything you need for the perfect beachy getaway. Inside, the open-concept living space invites you to unwind with plush seating, a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with barstool seatingâperfect for sharing snacks and planning your next beach adventure. Thoughtful touches like games, puzzles, and cozy blankets make every moment feel like home. At night, retreat to the primary suite with a king bed and TV while the second bedroom features a queen bed and twin XL bunk bed, ensuring comfort for guests of all ages. Two full bathrooms make getting ready a breeze. Step onto your private balcony to soak in the gulf views and sea breeze, or take a short stroll to the beach and let the waves set the pace for your day.

Dotted with palm trees, this beautiful 25-acre complex has its very own beach boardwalk for easy beach access. There's even security on-site during summer months and holiday events. Right off of 11th street, in the golf cart zone, the Island Retreat complex is close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and many Port Aransas, TX activities!

If you plan to bring a Service Animal, please notify us in advance so we can inform the HOA. Important Note: If it is determined that the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts!
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we canât guarantee that you wonât hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
