Fantastic Location… But unit was so dingey.

Love love love the location of this property. It is perfect for if you’re visiting Universal Studios like my party was… However, there are more cons than pros in my opinion. There was mold in apartment, especially in the bathrooms (which I’m sure is due to lack of ventilation and humidity) as well as finding a dead cockroach in the restroom. While some of the unit seemed somewhat recently updated/renovated… The entire building was run down and outdated. The beds were pretty comfortable but overall the place is much much smaller than we anticipated. If you are traveling with 3 or more people, you will be tight on space. I am kind of shocked that this place had 5 star reviews (even though those reviews were external; not in vrbo.) This place is mediocre at best and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.
