VISNINGAR, PLATS, Privat PARKERING. Idealiskt beläget, erbjuder lätt manövrerande runt staden. Tredje våningen slut enhet w / fram / bakdörrar (trappan endast / ingen hiss). Balkong vänder mot Speedway med utsikt över staden och UT-tornet. Pristine, bekväma, mysiga och smakfullt inredda med trägolv. Det är dekorerat med trevligt inramade konstmålningar och är mycket som en NY-pied-a-terre. Snyggt mager och bekvämt Cal qn nummer säng w / färskt fint sängkläder / sängkläder (säng spridas tvättas efter varje vistelse också); tabeller / stolar. Living har läder soffa w / qn dra ut säng, stol, elektrisk spis, sidobord. Badrum fåfänga är separat från toalett / badkar. Fullt utrustat kök med krukor / kokkärl, tallrikar och alla apparater, som inkluderar spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin. Kaffe och tillbehör finns, liksom rengöringsmedel. Har fristående elektrisk spis gratis obegränsat internet HD smal tv med full kabel. Enheten har en ljus, öppen och luftig känsla för den med fönster längs en sida, som inkluderar rutfönster; massor av speglar. Central AC / Värme. Tilldelad täckt parkeringsplats; busshållplatser några meter från komplexa; är en kort promenad till UT & längre steg till centrum. Säker / säker plats historiskt och trendigt område anses vara gammalt Austin, där lagstiftare och professorer gjorde sina hem i år borta. Perfekt för UT besökare / doktorander. Vi är rättvisa inbyggda Austinites avsikt att inte förvränga, så bilder är sanna att de bildar som kan fånga. (TV-bilden har ersatts med en mer modern). Ingen bor i enhet regelbundet; Ägare bor utanför premissen, men bodde i det för 4 år så vet värdet av logi. Ingen tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enhet / komplex, men det finns några inom området inom gångavstånd. Flera restauranger i området, några kaféer (en är Starbucks) och en handfull mataffärer (en är Central Market0. Många har haft sin vistelse och uttryckt sin glädje i upplevelsen, vilket återspeglas i recensioner. Vi gör vårt yttersta för att göra det bekvämt och hålla det i perfekt skick. Komplexet är relativt tyst, som universitetshuset går. Rökning är förbjudet inomhus och vi ber att höga ljud undviks, som ett gillande till grannarna. Vi ber att besökarna hålls på ett minimum och att alla som inte är registrerade som gäst inte tillbringar natten.

Quaint , Quiet, and Comfortable

Stayed here 3 times. An excellent home base to visit UT campus, Guadalupe just a short walk away. Comfortable bed and lovely views out the big windows. Always clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

This is a fine apartment.

The host is gracious. The. location near UT-Austin is very convenient. The apartment is nice, clean and finely appointed. We had peaceful sleep there. With short walks, we were able to get to the Capitol Metro bus system (capmetro.org) to go to Barton Springs shopping mall, Barton Springs for swimming, the campus and LBJ Library. I recommend staying here for your visit to Austin.

Great accommodation in Austin

I stayed at Lupe's apartment late April / early May 2019. Lupe was quick to respond to messages before my stay and helpful in her replies to my enquiries. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, with instant hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling fans in both the lounge area and bedroom kept the apartment cool. Parking was great and there were always spaces available. A very comfortable bed and no noise at all from neighbours. Wheatsville (grocery store) is a 15 minute walk away, or Natural Grocers around the same time in the opposite direction. It was wonderful to be able to have breakfast on the balcony in the sun! I will have no hesitation in booking this apartment again when I next visit Austin. Thanks for a great place to stay Lupe :-)

Great weekend getaway

This rental is a great place for a couple or small family. Very close to everything you want to be near in Austin. Location is great, you are within walking distance to a number of food and bar options. Also it's a quick ride to downtown Austin and centrally located just north of campus. Easy to find and access the unit. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Lupe was easy to contact for any issues. Overall it was a great weekend in Austin.

Nice enough place but no real communal pool

The apartment was nice enough, although I don't think it appropriate to put handwitten notes on tape on items to provide instructions about things to do or places you cannot sit. The covered, assigned parking and guest spaces were great. I did not need a second bathroom so there was no issue with having one bathroom. However, I expected a pool and asked about it. The owner did not respond until I left and sent me an unpleasant email claiming I just wanted to complain. She also indicated that there were community, city or school pools I could find if I had googled them. Frankly, I don't think adding a public, paid pool as an amenity to your listing is appropriate at all. I have stayed in other homes and condos and never had a problem at all.

Comfy Condo

The condo is tastefully furnished; very comfortable bed. The location is perfect for walking or catching the bus one block away. Not noisy even though it's on a main street. Lupe is wonderful and attentive to your needs. I will definitely stay here again.

Am a senior female native Austinite retired from Tx State Gov & registered with Employee Retirement System of TX (ERS). I very much like to travel, myself, and like to think I am turning over the unit in the same manner I like to receive one when gallivanting the world. I have been hosting short term rentals for about 10 yrs now and have two other rentals. The photo includes my son, who holds a graduate degree in interior design. He helped me to arrange unit contents. I take pride in my properties and do my utmost to check them out on a regular basis and keep them in good condition.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. 5-day break between stays. Condo is very cute with all amenities, a joy to experience and ideally located. It doesn't get much better than this. No one lives in unit full time so it is not cluttered with personal items, but still equipped to give a home feel to it. The balcony & Six windows offer great views. The wooden floors and unit's pristine condition are appealing, not to mention the clean and comfortable bed. Much love and attention is invested in unit by owners. The location is in a neighborhood with much character; neighbors and residents are friendly. Hyde Park is considered a desirable area of Austin, centrally located to downtown and UTA. I am available at all times, should a concern develop, or if guests have any questions. Many establishments within walking distance, live theater, too.

VIEWS, LOCATION, PARKING. Great views from inside and out. Centrally located, assigned covered parking (though a car is not necessarily needed given). Unlimited wifi; full cable tv. Italian leather sofa. Electric fireplace.. Research has convinced me that there is not a better property of this kind for the rate we ask. Community park/pool & tennis court is nearby (Shipe Park). Please excuse a few notes posted around unit meant to avoid mishaps &to help manage unit. Thank you for understanding. Many businesses, ie, boutiques, pizza parlors, coffee shops, grocery stores,, spas, parks, and almost any type of business is relatively close. Friendly neighborhood with great appeal. Check in and check out times flexible. The coronavirus has us being extremely conscientious about cleaning/disinfecting and the washing of linens; coverlets are not reused.
