This beautiful home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, a spare bedroom/reading room, a sunroom, a newly remodeled kitchen, and a dining room. Families can gather outside on the large deck, the patio, or play together on the backyard swing set.


**Bedrooms**
The home boasts 3 separate bedrooms with 4 beds in total. We also offer 2 sofa beds to accommodate larger groups. All beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses and are fitted with quality linens. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet for hanging clothes, a ceiling fan, and blinds or curtains for privacy.
- Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is the largest, featuring a queen-sized bed, dresser, and a private deck offering lakeside views.
- Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed, a dresser within the closet, and offers views of the backyard and side yard.
- Bedroom 3 offers two twin beds that can be combined to form a king-size bed. It provides views of the backyard and back patio.
- The first sofa bed is located in the corner of living room 1. It has a spring mattress, can seat three people, and sleeps two people. The second sofa bed is located in the spare bedroom/reading room. It has a memory foam mattress, can seat three people, and sleeps two people.

**Bathrooms**
The home is equipped with 2 full bathrooms, so there’s no need to wait around for your turn. Both bathrooms have a shower, bathtub, large sink, hairdryer, and ventilation fan. Make use of the provided soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and towels.
- Bathroom 1 is located upstairs and has shelving above the toilet for storage.
- Bathroom 2 is located downstairs and has shelving below the sink and a bidet toilet.

**Kitchen**
At the heart of the home lies a large, newly remodeled kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining room, making it perfect for entertaining. Prepare anything from snacks to full meals in this well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a large island with pendant lights hanging over. Appliances include a GE refrigerator (equipped with a drink drawer, chilling drawer, ice maker, water dispenser, and pull-out freezer), microwave, Bosch dishwasher, farmhouse deep sink, coffee maker stocked with coffee, and a double oven and air fryer combo unit (electric range with exhaust fan). There are plenty of pots, pans, glasses, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and baking sheets. Utensils and a knife set are also provided, along with a selection of basic spices and seasonings.

**Dining Room**
The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, featuring a table that seats six. It’s not only great for delicious dinners but also game nights, so grab a game from the bookshelf. The dining room and kitchen offer views of the yard, allowing you to keep an eye on the kids while you cook or eat.

**Living Rooms**
The home offers 2 beautifully designed living rooms. Perfect for families and friends to come together, with ample seating and 55-inch TVs with Google Chrome Cast.
- Living room 1 is equipped with a fireplace, two couches that seat a total of 6 guests, and a sound system connected to the TV. One of the couches pulls out into a bed if needed. It features a dedicated children’s area with toys, books, games, a child-sized table, and a large, comfortable chair. This room gives views of the backyard and front porch.
- Living room 2 is equipped with overhead track lighting and features two leather couches that seat a total of 5 guests. For entertainment, besides the large TV, there is a foosball table and a bookshelf loaded with books and board games. This room offers a view of the front yard.

**spare bedroom/reading room**
This room was formerly used as an office. Now, guests can use this additional room to relax and sleep in. It has a comfortable sofa bed and is a great spot to catch up on some reading.

**Sunroom**
This beautiful space is perfect for relaxing at any time of day, whether enjoying the sunrise or sunset or simply basking in the afternoon sunlight. This room features a chair, a few folding chairs, and a shoe rack. The room overlooks the front yard, road, and lake.

**Outside Space**
You will love the large outdoor deck, patio, and private backyard. The large backyard features a swing set for the kids. The deck features a coffee table and a larger dining table with chairs that seat up to 3, as well as an umbrella for shielding guests from the bright sun. The patio has three benches that can accommodate up to 6 people. For cookouts, there’s a propane Webber grill with a complete set of cooking utensils.


You will have full and exclusive access to the entire home. We will send you a door code to access the home.
There is ample parking in the driveway (the garage is not available for parking). You can park up to 2 cars on the street if necessary.
There is a laundry room in the basement that guests can use. It contains two washers and one dryer. Detergent is provided.
For your safety, the house is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. There is a security camera for the front door and one overlooking the driveway.

From the home, it’s about a two-minute walk to the dock at Candlewood Lake (Knollcrest Marina). It’s about a 5 to 10-minute walk to the private beach, which is perfect for sunbathing. You can swim, fish, boat, and kayak. You need a fishing license to fish. There is a kayak by the dock that you can use. We will be providing more kayaks soon. There are trails around the lake for hiking and biking. The area is home to diverse wildlife, making it great for those who enjoy bird watching.

From the home, it’s about a 2 minute drive to Squantz Pond State Park. The park offers a variety of outdoor activities for visitors, including swimming in the pond, fishing, picnicking, and hiking on the trails. The park also has areas for birdwatching and nature observation. During the warmer months, it’s an ideal spot for kayaking and canoeing. Additionally, the scenic views and natural surroundings make it a lovely place for photography and relaxation.

NYC is about a 90 minute drive. Make a day trip and experience everything New York City has to offer.
