This peaceful and well-equipped home enjoys a prime and unbeatable location within walking distance of the highly desirable Fountain Square area and less than two miles from Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and the Indianapolis Convention Center. Other local attractions you should visit include Garfield Park, Soldiers & Sailors Monument, Indiana War Memorial & Museum, Indiana State Museum, Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park Indianapolis Zoo, and Garfield Park.

This three-story house is ideal for large families and groups looking for a slice of paradise. On the first level, you will discover a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Curl up on the extensive sectional and get ready for a thrilling movie time with your loved ones, or enjoy an entertaining time playing any of the board games provided. Speaking of entertainment, the home also provides you with an arcade machine, a pinball machine, and yard games. Prepare mouth-watering meals and treats for the crew in the spacious, open chef's kitchen. Complete with modern stainless steel appliances and a sparkling kitchen island with seating, the kitchen has all the essentials to whip up everything that comes to mind. From this level, you can easily access the backyard featuring a wooden deck with an outdoor dining area.

The second floor boasts three bedrooms and a convenient working space with a desk. The primary suite enjoys a TV and a gorgeous en suite bathroom with an extensive glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a separate soaking tub inside, a double vanity, and a walk-in closet. On the third floor, you will discover a wet bar with a mini-fridge and access to a large covered balcony overlooking downtown Indianapolis.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
