6-seater Golf Cart Included! We donât charge extra for its useâwe want our guests to enjoy it! However, since it gets a lot of use, it may occasionally need maintenance. We work hard to keep it in great condition, but if a service call is needed during your stay, we are unable to provide refunds.
Driveway Parking: Fits up to 4-5 cars OR 2 boats comfortably.
Street parking is strictly prohibited.
Other Things to Note:
Enjoy a perfectly heated poolâno extra fees! Pool heat is already included in your stay, keeping the water at a comfortable 80°F. If youâd like it even warmer, weâre happy to accommodate! For an additional $50 per day, we can heat the pool beyond 80°F to your preferred temperature.
Please Note: This is a quiet neighborhood, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. We have a noise monitoring device outside that alerts both you and us if noise levels exceed acceptable limits.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Absolutely NO parties are permitted.

Saint Joe Beach is the sweetest, most serene and unique town - we were sucked in immediately and see why everyone loves it. The neighborhood is very quiet, the people are nice, the beach is close, the pool backs up to the woods.... there's nothing not to love!

What makes our property unique is the large salt water pool with a fenced in backyard that backs up to the woods for wonderful privacy. The interior has been designed with style and comfort for families in mind. The brand new 6-person golf cart is incredible!
