Modern and well decorated condo. Perfect view of ocean and pool to include sunrise. 3rd floor was just the right level. All the amenities and the host was quick to respond to any and all questions/requests. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful place, very comfortable! Was in town for the races, location is an easy drive to the track and just about any place in Daytona. Host was excellent making sure we had all the info we needed and everything you could need to make it a super pleasant stay. Would definitely book again!

Host was great. She did not know about the remodeling going in the condo above us. She refunded the 2 days we lost. But for the first two days they constantly were jackhammering tiles out in the condo above us. They started at 9am and stopped at 5pm. We asked them to stop for 2 days. They refused. We had to leave. Wasn’t much of a vacation.

This condo was excellent. Walked up the beach to Crabby Joe’s a couple of times. The beach nor the pool ever seemed very crowded. It’s on a nice little strip of no drive beach. Had a perfectly relaxing time. The furniture is all super comfy. Condo was clean and as expected. Will definitely try to book here again next time we come to Daytona!!

Christmas stay

Deb was very easy to communicate with, quickly responded to questions. Condo was very clean, oceanfront with great view. Close to many activities, restaurants and New Years Eve events. We had a very relaxing stay.

Great place right on the beach!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Parking is convenient in the parking garage, but a little hard to come by if you have a second car you need to park in the outside lot. It was busy being a holiday week, so that may not be an issue other times. Showers are great with plenty of hot water and water pressure. We liked that there was a washer and dryer appointed specifically for that unit. Everything was clean upon arrival, and had everything we needed to cook with. We did have a problem with the bed in the master bedroom having dog hair on the sheets, and the sheets on the king size bed in the other bedroom had queen size sheets with a huge hole in the fitted sheet stretched over it, and a queen flat sheet that was on the bed sideways in an attempt to make it fit. It barely reached the edge of the bed and was too short at the foot to tuck in. There were pillows with no pillow cases on that bed, and a king size pillow with a standard case and the end was hanging out. I found a new set of sheets in the closet and put those on the bed. I let the owner know about these issues and she addressed it with the cleaning company. I feel certain it would We would love to stay at this condo again!

Everything was just perfect! The beds are super comfortable, very clean, convenient parking and beautiful views. Owner was always available and super accommodating.I will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. I didn’t use the garage wasn’t sure I could fit my suv, but had no trouble with parking otherwise. Nice views from the unit also.

Family fun

The condo was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location right on the beach was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.We had a hiccup getting into the unit at first but got things figured out and enjoyed the rest of our short stay. I hope to stay here again!

Quick family trip

The property was beautiful. The view of the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed time in the heated pool and long walks on the beach during our short stay. The condo is so well equipped. We will visit again for sure. There was window construction going on but it was only during business hours and didn’t interfere with our visit at all.

Great view

The accommodations were beautiful, wonderful view oceanfront just as promised couple things that happened was there was not extra toilet paper and not extra garbage bags and since you have to clean the place before you leave, I would think garbage bags should be there. Also, bad dog we were woke up with construction sounds in the residence above us at 8 AM no Bueno.
