Tenants are obliged to adhere to the rules of the HOA which will be accessible in the guest portal and the property binder inside the rental. If fines are incurred due to Tenant behavior, those fines will be collected from that Tenant.
Pets not permitted on furniture, must be cleaned up after and remain leashed when on the grounds. Fees are per pet per stay.
