Detta är en "Premium" rankad lägenhet (med lägre än Prem priser) som incls designer influenser och exklusiva bekvämligheter. Produkter som granitbänkskivor, stora plattskärms-HDTV-apparater, rostfria vitvaror, moderna möbler, nya LVT-trägolv (dec 2017), mycket bekväma sängar och exklusiv inredning kommer att finnas i denna lägenhet. Detta är enhet 1012, på 10: e våningen. Tyvärr, inga husdjur och den person som checkar in måste vara 25 år eller äldre. !!!KIDS SPLASH PAD !!! ÄR EN STOR HIT! Köket är fullt utrustat med alla redskap du behöver. Keyless Entry-dörrar (inga nycklar). Två nya soffor (feb 2018).

Dina barn har nu möjlighet att njuta av en ny 1300 kvm. Ft. Pirat inspirerade Splash Pad nere vid poolen. Området består av en pirat Sloop och Fartygsbog med Slant Jets och vattenkanon, en Beached båt Wet Slide, en palmträd med vatten dumpa bananer samt en liten Tulip Flower Spray.

Phoenix V är en av de mest avkopplande villa komplex på Gulf Coast. Det finns en anledning fler turister bo på denna lägenhet än någon annan i Orange Beach.

Det finns gott om aktiviteter: Förutom NEW Pirate Ship tema Splash Pad för barn, det finns en vikt rum, badminton domstol, bastu, inomhuspool, badtunnor, tennisbanor, basketplan och en stor utomhus stranden poolen. Det finns även en trevlig lusthus område att koppla av under när du bar-b-cueing. Många njuta av rimligt kort promenad från lägenheten till stranden / viken.

Kom koppla av på den rymliga balkongen med fantastisk utsikt över bukten som är precis ovanför den stora poolen. Sov på den stora kung säng i sovrummet med en mycket bekväm minne skum topper lyssna till havets vågor thru sovrummet balkongdörren. Det finns två sängar i 2: a sovrummet, en annan king size-säng med ny skum madrass i 3: e sovrummet och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet - 10 och perfekt plats för två familjer att dela på kostnaderna. Phoenix V ligger intill många restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker, två Wal-Marts och inte långt från utlopp gallerior, The Wharf (shopping, biografer, aktiviteter), The Hangout och Flora Bama.

Stranden vid Orange Beach är en av de bästa stränderna runt. Stranden ligger nära Ph V byggnaden och mycket ren. Du kan ta med egna stolar, unbrellas eller fyrkantig tält omslag till stranden. Detta är en mycket familjen orienterad ställe att bo.

Awesome view, lots of space!

We stayed with 6 people, for an extended weekend trip for a cheer competition. The condo is clean and spacious. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, rice maker, slow cooker, etc. View is spectacular right over the pool and beach. Ownership and management company are both very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this unit for rental.

Beach Vacation

Everything was wonderful from the time i booked until the moment we left. The hosts were very informative and gave us details about our stay, beach tips, and the check in process right after booking. The condo was comfortable and fit all 8 of us very comfortably. The beach, pool, hot tub and splash pad were all utilized often and the condo had every dish we needed for cooking all of our meals. We will be back!!

Family Beach Trip

Wonderful accommodations, great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. Room was ready ahead of schedule so no waiting when we arrived. Check in process was easy and smooth.

Great vacation rental property

The unit was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. My granddaughter loved the pool and the splash pad. The location is great. Close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a little aggravating at times was the long wait to get an elevator. A very good vacation.

Perfect family friendly stay!

We absolutely loved staying here, and would highly recommend it especially for a family with young children/infants. This beautiful, spacious condo was perfect for our family! The splash pad was a huge hit for our grands! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful. The walk to the beach was really short. The beds were comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The furniture is in need of a good cleaning or just replaced but already contacted the owner regarding that. We had a great time!!!

spring break get-away

We had a great stay during spring break. We had plenty of room for our family of 7 ( mom, dad, 4 teenagers and one toddler). The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for everyone. Condo was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Best part was the view off of the large balcony and proximity to the beach.

Archery Tournament Getaway

Absolutely amazing and beautiful place to stay. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back again next year. The owner was wonderful and kept in touch. The condo was very spacious. And even with construction in the lobby there wasn’t any noise or issues. Everyone we met was very nice. The condo was very conveniently located close to shopping areas.

Orange Beach condo

The property is in good condition. The only problem we had was a locked up garbage disposer. The maintenance staff contacted the owner and replaced it the same day we reported it. The master king bed was too soft for our liking so we moved to the other room and found the king bed there was more like what we have at home. We would also like to say that the home owners were extremely helpful and communicated extremely well. We loved our time there and will be back.

Loved this place!!!

Absolutely loved staying here! The place is cozy, the view is spectacular, the place has everything you would need, and the owners are awesome. We had to come in a day early due to a blizzard hitting where we live or we wouldn't have made it at all. I contacted the owners and they were able to get us in. And didn't even charge us. We are already trying to figure out our next trip to stay here.

Very nice

I stayed with my husband and 3 adult sons, daughter in laws and 2 granddaughters! It was very roomy, nice furniture with enough seating for us all! We enjoyed the tennis courts, raquet ball and splash pad! Very clean and nice with a beautiful view! The host were so pleasant to work with! We hoped to go back next year!

We love the Orange Beach area - it's relaxing, relatively low traffic, lots of places to dine, shop and have fun. We love being on the beautiful beaches in Orange Beach. We furnish our condo like an extension of our home to make it comfortable and convenient for our family and guests. Many of our bookings are from dear friends and returning guests. We want everyone to have a wonderful beach experience and don't want anyone to be disappointed.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Very comfortable beds, a lot of comfortable seating in the living room to accommodate a full house, handicapped equipped bathtub, floor stand fans in the bedrooms (white noise for light snorers), nice balcony furniture, two king beds to accommodate multiple families, full size washer/dryer. The unit wiring for TVs and other smart devices (Apple TV, Amazon Fire Stick etc.) was upgraded to a much higher standard for streaming, better viewing experience on all the TVs. 75 inch TV in the living room. Guests love that we have hooks in the hall and bedrooms to hang bags, hats, towels etc. There is a bag ice machine on the beach floor making it convenient so that you don't have to run to the store for ice every day.
