Quiet Beach Getaway

The condo was great for our small family of 4! It was very clean and exactly like the listing, only issue was the pool was not open the whole week due to repairs and we were not aware of this prior to arriving. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Road trip

The apartment was a great location on the beach .Its a shame the pool was getting renovated but it will be fantastic when finished. The time we spent there was just what we needed after driving from Orlando to Las Vegas and back.hope to be back in October

Nice Condo!

Communications with our host was excellent! The condo was clean and comfortable! Beautiful decor! Kitchen is spacious and well stocked with the tools needed to prepare meals. Only things missing were steak knives, tea towels and dish/counter wash cloth. Outside the unit, unfortunately there were serious shortcomings: unreliable elevator with hourly breakdowns all week (we had to bring down all heavy suitcases down 6 floors using the stairwell on checkout) and a construction zone around pool area made beach access risky and unsafe. Office staff was friendly and did their best to keep the elevator going with frequent service calls! All and all our week was pleasant and weather cooperative! Suggestions for the condo: small round table and two chairs for the balcony, more hangers for the closet, dust pan to replace broken one, beach umbrellas we’re broken and need replacing.

Very Disappointing

There was a hurricane a few months ago and the pool has been out of order ever since. The owner never mentioned this. The condo itself looks like it has not been deep cleaned in a couple of years. There is black mold in the shower. All of the light switches have very visible black dirt around the edges. You can’t make coffee and run the microwave at the same time (it blows a breaker). I have my own vacation units that I rent and have great scores as both a renter and a host.

Beautiful place right on the beach at Indian Shores.

We Really enjoyed our stay, it was beautiful, well organized and clean! The few small things were check in was confusing, but Alex helped us out. The only other things would be due to the hurricane. Construction mess and noise. Understandable..

Beautiful Gulf Coast

We had a lovely time in Indian Shores at this apartment, it was everything we hoped for, it was very helpful that there was beach chairs and umbrella which we would have had to buy ! We enjoyed the balcony in the evening to escape from the sun, it was perfect with a cool refreshment ! Unfortunately our 4th week was spoiled by Hurricane Helene we didn’t evacuate because we felt safe enough on the 6th floor but with no power or internet we felt very isolated, we were stuck in the apartment until we left with a lot of difficulty to get to the airport ! That would not stop us coming back, we had a wonderful holiday, and hope to return next year. M Menzies ( Scotland )

The location was great, the access to the beach was good as well as the pool area. The condo itself was ok. It needed a deep cleaning. The cleaning crew, does not do a good job when it comes to taking care of the condo, towels were old and crispy and I couldn’t tell if the washcloths were dish cloths or not.

Construction woes

We happen to hit a week where there was road construction, and construction on the building. The beach is lovely, the pool also nice. You have to be aware of the noise off the balcony as you’re overlooking Gulf Boulevard. The manager was very accommodating and sweet. a few things need to be refreshed, including the towels and there also was only one worn out beach towel. We had some issues with the Internet and the cable TV. Evidently there are problems with spectrum. You need to be aware that you should bring soap and extra toilet paper.

Nice clean complex, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, etc but not right in the middle of the chaos. Perfect for those who like to have fun close by but still be in a more quiet chill surrounding.

Spring break ‘24

Owner was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had all the necessities. Only feedback would be to possibly have a towel service with cleaning. There were only 5 towels and they were old and worn, and 3 thin beach towels. Otherwise, clean and family friendly.

Stay on Indian Shores

The owner was very helpful and the condo comfortable. The only observation we can give is that we were disappointed to find the traffic noise from Gulf Blvd made sitting on the balcony unpleasant. We enjoyed the beach access and our excursion into St. Pete’s.

Beach getaway

We wanted to be right on the beach and this condo was perfect! Directions for parking and accessing the condo were thorough and easy. We appreciated the beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again!
