This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with one queen bed and a sleeper sofa. It features beautiful ski slope views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The balcony is just off of the living area and offers views of the Continental Divide.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware you need to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a shower/tub combination. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV and windows offering views of the ski slopes.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Good property, bad neighbors

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Google was off on location, but the email instructions get you to the correct location for key pickup. The property was clean and looking new. Underground parking is tight. It’s a 1200 feet from the ski lockers to the gondola. We were two units down from the elevator, and you can hear it going at all hours. No fault of the owners, but families with kids running up and down the hallway with loud noises is the norm. The parking garage is a favorite among pot smokers to avoid being outside. We’d go back, but only if other properties in the area that we also stay at are full.

Great Location Not so Great Room

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the location but the room was lacking in many areas. Thermostat did not work so the room was exceptionally hot the whole time, bed was really uncomfortable, and kitchen was cramped but to be fair it's in the pics. The property management company has and over the top rental agreement that almost scared us from booking. The checkin process is also a bit annoying as you don't checkin at the location and have to go through multiple steps to get the keys. Overall the location is amazing and price was decent but the other factors make it a coin toss of choice on where to book.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
