Fastigheten har en pool och har gott om stolar och parasoller vid havets kant.

Det finns mycket att göra annat Àn att vila pÄ vÄra vita sandstrÀnder. Du kan gÄ pÄ land eller till havsfiske, parasaila vid Inlet eller ta surflektioner (bara för att nÀmna nÄgra). Glöm inte Mickey !!! Disney Àr mindre Àn 1 timme bort tillsammans med Epcot, Universal Studios & Kennedy Space Center. För alla tÀvlingsfans Àr Daytona International Speedway bara 15 minuter bort. NÀmnde jag att vi har de bÀsta kausalrestaurangerna i stan? Ingenting Àr som att fÄ en stekt fÀrsk fisksmörgÄs med hemlagade lökringar medan du njuter av floden. Om du behöver barnvakt kan vi ocksÄ tillhandahÄlla det.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was in walking distance. The view was great. My family was able to see the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Easy access to the beach for the kids. It was a great condo. We will be back again. Thank you!

The views from the 8th floor were incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean, sky, pelicans, and people on the beach. The property was close to shopping and restaurants. We walked to Flagler Ave. a few times for meals. Access to the beach was right by the property. The beach was easy to walk on. I enjoyed the swimming pool several times. Our only complaints would be that the king sized bed wasn't comfortable for my husband and that I found the condo lighting to be sub-par for reading.

Property needs attention

Mold on bottom of drapes, outlets need covers in some areas, 2 miniature bars of soap and only 2 rolls of toilet paper insufficient. The unit didn’t feel clean. Feet got dirty walking on floor. Artificial fragrance in bedroom was annoying. Mattress was hard. The unit didn’t feel cared for.

Excellent location but needs some TLC

You cannot beat the location of this property. You are within walking distance of tons of restaurants and a boardwalk away from the beach. That said the condo is showing some ware and could use a little TLC. The mattresses are not in the greatest of shape so don’t expect the best sleep of your life. Luckily the room darkening shades help keep it cool and dark for sleeping. Melynda is a great property owner and helpful when issues arise. My daughter left an item behind and she quickly had her cleaning crew locate it and mail it back immediately. I really appreciate her attentiveness to our issue.

Great vacation!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect! We can walk to Flaglar Ave to all the shops and restaurants. We did have a small issue with the 2nd toilet not working, but Melynda was fantastic in getting our issue resolved! We would stay here again! Thank you!!

The property had everything needed for my stay. A bit outdated, but all worked as needed. The host was very accessable and addressed any questions i had. The price was right and reflected the condition of the property.

Good, but needs improvement

The property was the best part. It was on the beach, eight stories high. It was well supplied, with a good management staff (who were not with VRBO). The main problem with the property was comfort. The bad matrasses on all of the beds were some of the worst (rock hard) we have ever encountered. It was impossible to have a restful sleep. In addition, the large screen in the living room was not connected to any source of content. Thankfully the TV in the master bedroom worked fine.So, this property scored 3 out of 5 from us. A beautiful venue with unacceptable comfort elements.

Gorgeous location on the 8th floor overlooking the beach!

We loved the building amenities and the location! We saw flocks of pelicans soaring by at the level of our balcony. The property manager was very receptive to all of our requests for various items either missing or needing replacement. It needs a bit of sprucing up but there’s nothing out there that comes close to the cost and location!

Great location

If you, like me, want to park and walk then this is your place. If you care more about WHERE you stay instead of how you stay, this is a great place. PLEASE get rid of the chair, it is flat out gross.

Great Property

The unit is in a great neighborhood, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of Flagler Street and its many restaurants. The unit is spacious with more than enough room for my family of four adults. The check-in process was very easy and the unit owner was very responsive to our questions.

Family Reunion

This is the perfect condo in the perfect location! Loved the views from the balcony and south facing windows. Very comfortable king bed. I was there for a family reunion: we had 6 condos in Oceania Beach Club: 25 people, seven of them were children under the age of 7
perfect place for all! And walking down Flagler Ave, which is right there, is the best! This is not our first stay at Oceania as it’s just the perfect spot! I would like to suggest some detailed instructions on how to use the tv’s as I never got past one channel in the living room. Also, there is a horrible odor from kitchen sink drains, but that’s an easy fix. All in all, it was a lovely accommodation and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

Great location. Wonderful stay

The location could not be beat. We loved the closeness to Flagler Ave and the view of the ocean was perfect! We had great communication from the host when a slight problem arise. It was dealt with very quickly and professionally. The space was clean and well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and bars ocean view of course was amazing Upon arrival the condo had not been cleaned because of a scheduling mishap Melinda contacted cleaning service and solved the issue while we explored the area Once we settled in was adequate we did find a few things that need to be replaced a beach towel with a hole in it and a wicker chair on the patio was rotting with 2 legs missing couldn’t be used All in all I enjoyed my stay

The location on the 8th floor corner unit is great. This is the second year my brother and I were able to view a launch from the balcony. The moon was right in front of us and although waning, it was red as it rose and quite a beautiful sight. This is our choice when going to New Smyrna Beach. Thank you.
