Itâs a gorgeous open space style private villa with two very spacious rooms with AC in each one, additionally, it has resting spaces where 2 extra companions can also sleep if needed with a fan, fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool just for the villa. One of room is on the second floor, with an independent entrance by the gate.
Guest access, The entire villa, YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THE SPACIOUS AND SILENT ROOMS WITH KING BEDS, BLACK OUT CURTAINS AND AIR CONDITIONING, We are in the heart of the hotel zone, you can walk to restaurants and hotels that host parties.

I am from Guatemala, I love training outdoors and in the gym, I spend a lot of time on the beach (El Paredon Buena Vista) because it is a fascinating place full of good energy, my wife and I built a place that we would like to live in, and we think it's nice to meet people and offer them a place that meets their expectations

We are located in a strategic place because the street is very quiet surrounded by other houses, we are in the heart of the hotel zone of the place which means that you will reach hotels, activities and restaurants by walking one minute, we are also located two hundred meters on the beach that surfing is practiced
