Välkommen till Ramsey's Retreat, beläget på 1. 7 hektar i en privat underavdelning. Denna vackra rymliga hem ligger inbäddat i slutet av en lugn vik, omgiven av skuggande träd, med en spektakulär utsikt över sjön och bergen.
Det är bekvämt inredda med trägolv och kakel i hela hemmet. Det finns 3 sovrum med queen sz. sängar och en säng. med två enkla sz. sängar. På övervåningen sovrummet har ytterligare A / C-enhet lagt 2019. Mästaren bedrm. går ut på däck med utsikt över sjön.
Rymligt vardagsrum RM. har satellit-TV / DVD-spelare och gas spis; & En formell matsal RM., Båda med utsikt över sjön. Fullt utrustat kök har sten bänkskivor och en frukostplats med utsikt över sjön. Det finns tre fulla sz. badrum med jacuzzi i Master bad. Källare, som spelrum erbjuder ett bordtennisbord, darttavla, sätta golf band, och en annan TV.
Krypa upp med en bok på baksidan däck eller ta en kort promenad ner till den privata bryggan och strandområdet. Njuta av bad i någon vaknar vik eller en avkopplande tur i en kajak.
Många typer av vilda liv hålla spänningen går, liksom fiske utanför bryggan. För naturälskare finns SML State Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, och toppar Otter w / ett brett utbud av vandringsleder och cykelvägar att välja mellan.
Du kan ta en tur på Virginia Våga se sjön medan matsal för lunch eller middag. Området är rikt på historia. Du kanske vill besöka Booker T. Washington Plantation, D-Day Memorial i Bedford, Thomas Jefferson Poplar Forest, eller ta en tur för att se hur SML Dam konstruerades. Ett långt uppspel på Blue Ridge Parkway är ett måste, ta in den vackra utsikten över bergen och andlös färger av höst.
Över vår vik och inom synhåll för Ramsey Retreat är Mitchells Point Marina där man kan hyra båtar av alla slag. Marina har en restaurang med god mat och erbjuder gratis trådlöst internet.
Inom en kort bilresa eller båttur finns alla typer av restauranger från kinesiska till italienska, till södra hemlagad mat.

Besök även centrum Moneta eller Hales Ford Bridge område för restauranger, shopping, underhållning.

No need to leave vacation spot!

This was a wonderful property. So much to do for the kids, and a relaxing place for adults. The beach and boats were a lot of fun. We also loved the back patio overlooking the lake.

Weekend getaway

We met our military daughter halfway from base. It was her 21st birthday and she will be deploying shortly so she wanted a quiet weekend getaway with water activities and bonfire. This house had everything we wanted. It was perfect for our stay. The only complaint we had was there wasn't any fish the owners are absolutely wonderful!!!

Beautiful Lake Front Home

A beautiful home nestled in a quiet cove. We had a very comfortable stay while enjoying the lake by day and the fire pit at night. The owners are always available if needed. We have rented two years in a row and plan on renting again for next Summer!

Comfortable home with beautiful views

The lake access was unsurpassed. We loved the dock, the floating dock, the paddle boat and the two kayaks. We even got to use the firepit even though it was a hot weekend. The home was beautiful and comfortable. Love the different sections of the home so that different family groups had their own section and a little privacy. Thanks for a lovely visit.

Beautiful Retreat

The Ramsey retreat was a hidden gem that we were so blessed to stay at. We were attending a college graduation and found this sweet place. The owners are super helpful and thoughtful. Awesome time!

When we arrived at Ramsey's Retreat and walked in the door, our eyes were drawn to the wall of windows overlooking the beauty of the lake. We had about a day or so of rain, but were able to enjoy the activities in the basement (darts, mini golf pad and ping pong). We also appreciated the quiet cove for kayaking. We were grateful the house was equipped with towels/linens and household items. The surroundings were tranquil and we enjoyed watching the deer, squirrels and birds. We are already looking forward to our next trip back!

The best thing about this property was the view and the accessibility to the water . It is in a great location . Mitchell's marina is close by where we rented our pontoon boat . The ping long table was loved by all . Great time .

Absolutely beautiful, relaxing home!

We chose this home for our vacation spot because of previous reviews and the pictures, we were not disappointed! The home met all of our needs and then some! The kids had an amazing time out on the lake, in the paddle boat available for use. The stunning views from the deck were incredible to wake up to and even more beautiful to end the day with!

Lot's of Fun!

Located in a quiet no-wake cove making the lake very good for swimming. The house is in a very quiet off the beat location. The street through the neighborhood is bike friendly! Beautiful view! This was our second stay at the property and will book this location again in the future.
