In search of a great location for your Breckenridge stay? You’ve found it! It’s just a five-minute walk from the Quicksilver lift and ski school at the Breckenridge Peak 9 base area – or jump on the free shuttle bus that stops a half-block away. You’ll also enjoy access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from the complex. This Tamarisk condo is a great choice for you and your group!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen Smart TV for catching the game or the morning snow report. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, too. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed — that is, when you’re not strolling to Main Street (two blocks away) to sample Breck’s numerous culinary delights. And you can always step out onto the patio to take in the crisp mountain air or throw some steaks on the electric grill!

Wonderful Location

Reviewer Comments: Pretty good overall and would rent again.Pros: Pretty close to Quicksilver Lift, a 5-10 min walk down hill mostly.The free bus lets off right by the unit (Brown South Route) which you can catch right by Beaver Run ChairHot tub and pool pretty good, couple minute walk.Unit size pretty good overall.Cons: Pretty close to lift but not ski-in, a 5-10 min walk mostly up hill after skiing ;)No washer and dryer as part of unit. There is a common washer/dryer which takes credit cards to pay to use.No grill as part of unitOverall would consider renting again and fairly positive

Great location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros : This condo was in a great location, easy to walk to the Village for shopping, restaurants and ski schools. Check in was easy, and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The living roomFireplace was wonderful to warm up by, it gets nice and toasty! Summit mountain rentals were great in helping with any issues we had.Cons: The unit was clean but the bathrooms needed a little more attention. I am super particular with bathroom cleanliness. The bunk room was extremely cold as there was an ice build up inside the window. Summit rentals were quick to deliver a heater which helped. The living room sofa was not comfortable, and we wished there were two chairs so we could all comfortably relax after long days. The beds were ok, a little firm for our liking. Overall, it was a decent unit but we probably wouldn’t rent it again.
