Denna första våningen lägenhet är vacker. Stranden tvärs över gatan var nyligen fylld med sand. Gå på stranden vid soluppgången eller koppla av på en av två spektakulära pooler med jacuzzi. Sängarna är kudde topp kung. Lägenheten har två badrum, ett med badkar och ett med ett steg i duschen. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver laga, inklusive Keurig single-cup och dryck bryggeriet. Rostfria apparater med granitbänk är en vacker inslag i detta moderna kök. Sjöhavet ligger tvärs över gatan och ligger mitt i några stora människor som tittar på. Galveston Convention Center, Wal-Mart och Kroger livsmedelsbutiker ligger en kort promenad från lägenheten. Shlitterbahn vattenpark, The Historic Strand och Moody Gardens är en kort bilresa. Komplexet är en säker gated community, barnvänlig, men tyst.

Great Stay

Very nice condo, clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting with nice pools...hot tub was great as the weather was a little cooler during our stay. Wish the pools were heated just a bit.

First floor, quick pool and beach access

Condo is on the first floor with a patio that opens to the pool and the beach is across Seawall Blvd. Quiet property, across the street from Walmart and within a few miles of several grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Quick and easy access to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens. Property owner was easy to work with. Condo had most things needed for daily living.

Clean, charming, and close to pool and beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is seconds away from pool access and a very short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower was welcomed after a day in the Texas heat. We were booked to go just a week after Hurricane Beryl hit Galveston, and Alva went out of her way to check the complex and unit to ensure that there was no damage and everything was good to go. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next visit to the island!

Excellent Stay

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was perfect. It had everything you needed. Super close to the pool - on the first floor. I would highly recommend & would stay again!

Great location

Great location! Easy walk to the beach at the traffic light. The condo had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, cooler, and tent. Oh don’t forget to pack your beach towels.

A little sun and a lot of family

A wonderful place to stay. You can walk to the beach. Plenty of places to eat if you don’t want to cook, but we fixed breakfast, lunch and dinner for our group. The condo had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the time there!!

Fabulous find

This was a great property, spacious and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to questions and even called the day we were arriving to give her number if we had any questions or problems. They had beach chairs and toys available (not that we needed them). We will definitely come back for another visit.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location. First floor. Easy access to the beach. Pool right out the back door. Just wish the weather had been better. Pretty windy and cool, but maybe that’s the norm in March.

Awesome spot for families

We had a great stay at the Dawn. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our family vacation. We stayed for a week and the kitchen was well-appointed to make meals for my family. My children loved the pools and the "secret passageway". We loved being on the 1st floor with 2 small children! We were close enough to beaches and Wal Mart if we needed anything! Nice location. Not too busy, but close enough to the action of the pier and the Strand and the beaches.

Easy check in-out and cleanly

We checked in on Tuesday and condo was cool, clean and ready for a week stay. The check out was easy. Just a few things to tidy up and we were on our way home. Great location with quick access to the beach, Walmart and sonic and the Seawall. Walking distance for all.

Stress, free vacation

This condo is the best condo I’ve ever stayed at. It was outfitted to the max with every imaginable need Foreseen, and taken care. I can’t put into words how well maintained this condo was enjoyed every minute we stayed there, and had no cares at all because everything was taken care of before we knew we had a need for it. I courage you to book this condo.

Was awesome!!!! 10 out of 10.! I would def look to stay there again! My husband was also very happy with it! The renter was there waiting for us to meet us as we pulled up and gave us a small tour of inside and the pools etc. Thank you for everything!!! We were very happy! Great condo! Everything was perfect!!!!

This is a great condo...very modern, clean & well maintained! It is on the first floor so it is very easy to access & right across from the pool which our kids loved! It is in a great location & the property is gated so there are only residents in & out. It is also right by Wal-Mart which is very convenient for getting groceries & supplies. The king sized beds in both rooms were luxurious & comfortable. This was very much as described & we couldn't have asked for more!!! Our family had a wonderful time...thanks Alva & Joe!!!

Condo at The Dawn

I wanted a comfortable, safe, updated condo within walking distance of the beach. The Dawn had all this and more. Great location. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great! The kitchen was fully equipped, and the condo had plenty of room for three adults. The TVs were excellent. I particularly liked the security of the property. They checked nightly for parking passes, and the pool patrons were expected to have their tags. The noise level at the pool only increased on the weekend, and it was quiet during the week. I would stay there again.
