Grandote Lodge, Great for Groups, Can Sleep 2-16

Our 4000 SF Lodge can sleep at least 6 couples (6 beds, of which 2 are king beds). There are also numerous pull-out beds and the garage is converted and has more beds as well. The adjoining RV Park has 23 spaces so you can bring friends! The Cucharas River runs along the edge of the property and the deer visit often. Pricing is flexible, depending on the size of the group, however, you must call for special rates for less than 3 people. The lodge has a good-sized master bedroom and bathroom downstairs that opens out to the back patio, and the entertainment room is also downstairs and it has a king bed, 1 pull out queen size bed with upgraded mattress, and a twin bed, plus a big screen tv and a 1/2 bathroom and it also opens out to the back patio. Upstairs you will find a loft (with a pullout queen bed), balcony and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have one queen bed each and one bedroom has two queen beds. Upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom (sinks which are separated from the shower and the toilet). We supply all sheets and towels, soaps, shampoos, and dishes. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. The lodge has a huge back porch with a fire pit. We have brand new central air conditioning and heating and a tankless hot water system with fast hot water. This property is large enough for groups that are coming to golf at the Grandote Golf Course, hunters, or wedding parties coming to get married at one of our venues. There is plenty of parking for as many vehicles as you have and there are two additional bathrooms with showers and laundry facilities in the RV barn. The backyard is fenced. The front balcony and porch has a view of the 14th hole and the Sangre de Cristo mountain range. Best of all, the lodge is right across the street from the Grandote Grill, and the gas station and convenience store is close as well but we are far from the railroad tracks! The property was totally renovated in 2023. Located in the beautiful town of La Veta, we have great night skies, plenty of wildlife, fishing, hunting, a small little ski resort in Cuchara, and a gorgeous golf course with a full service restaurant and bar. Cook for yourself in our new kitchen, order a pizza from the Grandote Grill or wine and dine at the steakhouse or other restaurants in town. Please contact the host for your particular situation before booking as the booking engine does not calculate correctly.
