Ideal LOCATION to visit Paris & Disney - very select setting with PARKING
House of 70sq meters/750sq feet with parking lot (possible 2 cars) ideally located to visit Paris (20mn) and Disneyland (25mn), and in a very calm area nearby Marne river (50m / yards).
Thanks to the large garden, with various outdours plays for kids, you will enjoy preparing a barbecue, or simply drinking your coffee!
A nice 10mn walk along the Marne river will get you to the nearest RER station, which gives you access to Paris Centre (Chatelet or Auber) or Disneyland.
You will have access to the entire ground floor (upper floor uninhabited - you will be alone!), comprises en entrance opened to a large kitchen (23sqm/250sqf) fully equiped (oven, microwave, induction, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle...), and a dinner table for 4.
After the kitchen, there is a 23sqm/250sqf living room, very bright, with 3 sofas, including 1 convertible to bed, a 45 in. TV, a fire place and a very neat deco.
You will also have access to a 12sqm/140sqf bedroom, with a working place, a bathroom and a rest room.
Even if it is safe and easy to park in the street, you could park 2 cars in the property.
There is also a large terrasse on the backyard (ca 100sqm/1000sqf) and a 250sqm/2600sqf garden with no overlooked, and with a trampoline.
