Stunning house with stone tower, nestled in the hills of an ancient village in Lunigiana. This fabulous solution hosts up to 6 people and is arranged on two floors. The outside includes a large swimming pool, sunbathing area, table with chairs to enjoy the sunsets of the Apuan Alps in the background. You can spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones in this location rich in history and with breathtaking views.
The entrance is located on the village side of the property on the first floor and overlooks the spacious kitchen with open space on the living area and views of the valley.
From this open plan living room, you access the panoramic terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the Apuan Alps.
Continuing from the internal corridor you reach the first spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with tub, a bedroom with two single beds and a further double bedroom and further bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a relaxation area suitable for children and another bathroom.
The outside area includes an exclusive swimming pool, sunbathing space and BBQ area with table and chairs.
