Cozy 2 bedroom farmhouse cottage 11 minutes to beach, with hot tub

A fully renovated 2 bedroom home on 2 1/2 acres with large porch decks on the front and back, hot tub and a gorgeous view. A great location if you’re coming for the holidays, staycation, sports, wedding, family or business. 11 minutes from Honeymoon Island beach and right off the main roads to Clearwater, Dunedin, and anywhere you want to go in Tampa Bay. Entire home is newly renovated with all new kitchen and bathroom, all new appliances and all the the amenities for a lovely, peaceful stay. Both bedrooms have new queen beds, memory foam mattresses, luxe bedding, and black out curtains for extra sleep. We have fluffy Egyptian cotton towels, extra pillows and sheets. The kitchen has a keurig coffee machine with all coffee, decaf, tea assortment, sweeteners and cream for your stay, everything you need to bake and cook including all new pots and pans, chef knives, baking sheets and utensils. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are supplied as well as make-up remover towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods and liquid. Both the living room and main bedroom have smart TVs with HBO and Disney plus provided as well as full home Wi-Fi. The cabin is tucked in down a little trail behind the neighborhood where you’ll find 2 1/2 acres of field with old oak trees. The large front deck porch is shady and the back deck is sunny with a hot tub spa and lovely seating area that’s perfect in the afternoon and evening. Both the front and back have views of the land and you have full access to walk around or play. It’s 2 1/2 miles from the Honeymoon island bridge and under 5 minutes from the main roads that will take you to any shore you want to visit on the peninsula or Tampa. It’s in a perfect location for dining, entertainment and especially for staying at home, firing up the grill or making something in the brand new kitchen. The outside has a country living feel and the inside is cozy and very cute with all the amenities provided for a great stay. The whole home. I’m always available to answer any questions you may have. It’s a lovely family neighborhood with private lakes scattered around. down the private trail to the cottage there are a few homes on large lots of land. It’s very close to main roads, restaurants and entertainment while the immediate area where the home is has a farmland feel. There is plenty of parking for the cottage. The best way to get around is by car unless you enjoy walking. Please note that the home is not fenced and it’s located on a large lot of open land with some forest area. Please respect the Florida wildlife, if you happen to see any, and don’t approach any wild animals. Due to the fact that we are adjacent to forest areas, there’s always a chance you may see hawks, turtles, eagles, snakes, coyotes, raccoons, opossums, etc. Although we’ve never run into any trouble with any animals or wildlife, we just want to ensure you know, although very close to the main roads, that you’ll be staying in the country.
