Close to everything! One mile to Decatur town square with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and a MARTA station. Grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment right around the corner. Less than 5 minutes from Emory University and interstate highways.
The space
Separate access, non-smoking in-law suite with queen bed, walk-in closet and everything else you may need. HD TV with cable including HBO and Showtime, Bose speaker system, high speed wifi, games, DVDs, and books. Towels, plates, utensils, cups, sheets, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster oven all in unit. Enjoy the weather or a cup of coffee while viewing one of the 2 outdoor TVs. Separate parking spot on driveway with private access to the unit.
Guest access
Complete access/use of in-law suite. Use of patio furniture, back yard and outdoor TVs.
Other things to note
This is a smoke-free property. No smoking inside the unit or on the property. There is no vaping of marijuana allowed on the property (inside and out). The in-law suite uses the same ventilation system as the house and all smells travel. Violation of these rules will result in a $150 fine.
