Ett nybyggt komplex som ligger mellan Cable Beach och West Ridge. Ett område i New Providence bekvämt beläget ett kvarter av West Bay Street och 15 minuter från flygplatsen och kabelstranden hotell och kasinon. Du kan också ta buss nr 10 till och från centrala Nassau, eller så kan de ansluta dig till andra bussar till vart du vill åka.

Interiören är helt ny med bänkskivor i granit i kök och badrum, vackra tegelgolv av porslin, massiva tallörrar, bricka i tak med urtagbelysning i vardagsrummet och köket är möblerat med nya rostfria vitvaror. I slutet av vardagsrummet finns en balkong för att sitta ute och fånga den Bahamiska brisen. Vi har precis fått en säkerhetskopieringsgenerator i händelse av att el går av!

Detta är en nybyggd byggnad mellan Cable Beach och WestRidge, ett område i New Providence, bekvämt beläget ett kvarter utanför West Bay Street, och femton minuter från flygplatsen, och alla Cable Beach hotell, restauranger och kasino. Huset ligger cirka fem minuter från tre av våra lokala stränder och park. Du kan också ta buss nr 10 till och från centrala Nassau, eller vart du vill åka. Vid jultiden har vi den lokala junkanoo-festivalen, och genom sommarmånaderna, juni till augusti, har vi goombay-festivalen som hålls på Arawak Cay. Det finns också olika konst, hantverk och lokala halmarbeten på halmmarknaden i centrum.

Perfect vacation

I wanted a comfortable space (with a pool) with easy access to the fun adventures but also with proximity to tranquil beaches. This place was it! Not only is it super spacious and comfortably furnished but it also leaves no stone unturned for what you’d need in a “home away from home”— including everything you’d need for the beach! Most importantly, all the reviews are spot on about Elrena and her family just being the kindest and most caring and helpful people ever. It was such a blessing that I was hosted by Elrena in her condo on a beautiful vacation to the Bahamas with my 3 year old daughter.

Great place to stay

Elrena takes good care of her guests! Place is comfortable, very clean, and has everything you’ll need. Pool is beautiful. Goodman's Beach very close and gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again!

A great experience with a wonderful host

Elrena was a lovely host, meeting us at the airport and escorting us to the property. The property was spacious and clean and well setup for our 10 day trip. We rented a car as we wanted flexibility - but there are plenty of areas within walking distance that were accessible from the property such as a few local beaches, restaurants and a grocery store (Super Value). Overall, between the accessibility to Bay St., beaches, restaurants, amenities and the comfort of the home's spaciousness and pool, our family enjoyed our stay immensely. It was all topped off by a wonderful host experience as Elrena provided many suggestions on food and excursions.I would strongly suggest anyone who is interested in a safer, quieter neighborhood to explore Elrena's place as it checked all our boxes and provided us flexibility to explore the island as we saw fit without having to travel too far. Super equipped apartment

We had a great time at Elrena's. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. We really liked the pool. Everything was very clean. It's not far to the shops and the bus, but in extreme heat the walk with children can be a bit long. Elrena was very friendly and showed us the most important places so that we could have a nice week. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Beautiful Bahamas getaway

Villa was very clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The property is well maintained with a lovely pool; a tropical oasis right outside. The surrounding area is safe and within walking distance to the market, restaurants and beach. We really enjoyed Meze grill for dinner and Gordon's Bay was a beautiful beach. The hosts are superb! Very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend staying at this property its absolutely perfect for a Bahamian getaway.

Cedar Pine Villas is Great

We really enjoyed staying at Cedar Pine Villas. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The pool is awesome. It is located very close to Cable Beach, which was our favorite beach. Elrena and Rafe were very hospitable and helpful if we needed anything.

Home away from home

What a wonderful place! It definitely felt like a home away from home, and one of the nicest rentals I've ever stayed in. Our hosts hospitality went above and beyond! The rental is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked.

Cable beach Vrbo

We had a lovely stay at Elrena's home. The property was quiet, well appointed and in a lovely neighborhood in a super convenient location. Just a 5-7 minute walk to the bus stop and about 10 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. It was a welcome change after our stay in the hustle and bustle of the Atlantis. Elrena took great care to make sure we arrived safely from the Atlantis to her home. Highly recommend and we can't wait to be back!

Little Paradise

It was the perfect place to stay. Very, very kind host and everything was how it was ment to be. A beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool. It gives you privacy. From there it is easy to get to Nassau by car, bus or taxi. Or in the neighbourhood is a Nice Beach. For us it was a little Paradise.

Bahamas Girls Trip

Mrs. Whyms is a superb host. She picked us up from airport, took us to the grocery store. The home is very nice and accommodating for your needs. The swimming pool is very nice. Very comfortable home away from home. I'm happy we stayed here. Walking to the bus line is about 3 blocks or so.

Fantastic experience!

Fabulous hosts!!!! Very neat, clean villa in a very safe area. Very organize, anything we need it was there. Host picked us up from the airport, took us shopping. Very helpful and friendly. Exceded expectations

The rental was very homey and comfortable. The owner was exceptionally responsive to our needs. She provided us with invaluable information about activities and locations of interest in Nassau and the Bahamas. Everything was as advertised and there were no issues of any kind. A great rental!!

Best VRBO in Nassau

I can't begin to say what an amazing experience we had staying at this property. The host Elrena and her husband were lovely and so helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. It was also conveniently located within a short walk to two food stores, restaurants, and the beach. We did not have a car so this was important. Elrena gave us great recommendations for everything. We will be back!!!

Great Value

Exactly what I was looking for. Elrena was very helpful and able to answer any questions. Location was a 10-20 minute walk from the bus line, grocery/liquor stores, pharmacy, and several restaurants. The unit had everything I needed for cooking and a pretty decent pool area.

We built the house in 2008!
This is our retirement home.
This is one of the upscale areas in Cable Beach. We are near to the banks, restaurant, food markets, hotels, and beaches!
Quiet, and away from congestion! We are gated, and have our own private generator, just in case the electricity goes off! We normally try to meet our guests at the airport! If we can't transport them to the house, then we use a taxi company to transport them which gives a discount.
