Enjoy the big game, or a fun movie, on the large LED smart TV in the living room. The first floor master bedroom features a king bed and smart TV. Fully renovated bathroom downstairs has bathtub/shower. Additional first floor bedroom has queen bed. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. Upstairs bathroom is also renovated with a spacious walk-in shower. For our guests' enjoyment, we provide ultra fast fiber internet for streaming or remote working. Stackable washer/dryer is conveniently located downstairs in the master bedroom. Our listing boasts a large, fenced backyard that is perfect for bringing your furry friend! You'll also enjoy a fire pit, patio, and grill to enjoy on a nice evening! Driveway parking and street parking available.

Make sure to stop along the way to admire the art & architecture. Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery. Our house is also in close proximity to Westport, Midtown, Downtown and the RiverMarket.

*No smoking of any kind, includes vaping. Charges assessed for smoking.
*Pets welcome with responsible owners; certain aggressive breeds not allowed. Please inquire with any questions.
