The newest addition to the Salty Turtles® array of beachfront studio condos is Salty Turtles® Beachfront III. This cozy beachfront beauty is completely remodeled and situated on the 8th floor penthouse level of the family-friendly, quiet, and clean Top of the Gulf resort.

Overlooking the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll find fresh updates including new shiplapped walls, fresh paint, fresh linens, and updated décor. It sleeps 4, features two queen beds with new Casper hybrid mattresses, a full kitchen, full bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, cable/smart TV, USB ports throughout for work or study, walk-in closet for hanging/storage, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. Soak up the views from a floor to ceiling bay window and enjoy the sight of the surf right from your bed. This condo is the ideal, affordable getaway for friends, couples, and small families. As a special "thanks" for booking Salty Turtles® Beachfront III, a daily set of beach lounge chairs with umbrella (available March-October ~ $50/day value) is included during your stay at no additional charge!

The resort features a large gulf front pool + kids pool, poolside snack bar, beach showers with private beach access, exercise room, internet lounge, laundry facilities, vending machines, shuffleboard, corn hole, BBQ picnic area, and game room with arcade and ping pong table.

Top of the Gulf is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Marcy's Pizza, Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee upon arrival for one parking pass plus wristbands. Maximum occupancy is FOUR (regardless of age) - any attempt to bring in more people is cause for cancellation/eviction without refund. No pets, smoking, visitors, or parties allowed. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance upon booking.

Perfect little spot

Great location! Close to everything. Very easy check in. Host gave several opportunities to communicate. Stayed in off season. Very reasonable rate. Beautiful view!

Wow! The Views...

We had a lovely, relaxing, off-season stay with fantastic ocean views. We could see the sunrise in one direction and the sunset in the other elevated away from any noise. The condo was close to everything we needed (food, supplies, and shopping), but the seaside skies made the memories for our special trip. Have a small kitchen stocked with the essentials made it easy to stay in, and we slept better than we had in months. I will definitely recommend.
