You will be engulfed in the peaceful mystique of the Smoky Mountains while witnessing the splendor of neighboring Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and Gatlinburg.

The cabin is carefully appointed with everything you'll need for an unforgettable vacation. You will be greeted by views and amenities that will take your breath away.

There are three levels to this cabin, including a pool and a game room with 2 arcade systems. Have a blast with the selection of hands on games.

"Cup Runneth Over" is wifi enabled (equipped with the fast blast internet speed) with multiple flat screen TV's. Enjoy access via Roku TV to your personal favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN, Amazon Prime, and HBO Max (you must have a paid subscription to access these apps). You can even have a family movie night in our custom made movie theater with a vizio surround sound audio experience.

The layout of this home is best for families. There are 2 master suites with en suite bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a deluxe double walk in shower. Downstairs you will also find 1 king-size bedroom with modern furnishings. Upstairs you will find 1 king-size farmhouse bedroom, an under the mattress twin bed, and full size sofa sleeper (that will sleep 1-2 small children). There is also a walk in shower and walk in closet in this bedroom. The bunk bed room features 2 full size beds and a twin size trundle. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and bathtub. The kitchen features Samsung stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Attention to detail was considered to ensure that every guest is comfortable and left wanting for "nothing."

You are just minutes to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park (ONLY 7 MILES AWAY), but far enough to enjoy the serene and peaceful setting of the mountains. Be close to major attractions while avoiding the traffic of the strip. You will feel as though you are sitting on top of the world as you sip your coffee from the deck, soak in the over-sized private hot tub overlooking Cades Cove mountains or relax in the rocking chairs while gazing at the breathtaking mountain scenery.

Location:
Our cabin is about 10 minutes from the back door entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We are a few miles off Wears Valley Road which is far enough for seclusion and privacy but close to all the amenities and entertainment that Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Townsend have to offer. You are close to many outdoor activities; horseback riding, zip line, river tubing, fly fishing, fishing, hiking, and bike paths in Townsend as well as Cades Cove. The many shopping opportunities of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville are a 15-20 minute drive away. You can also visit the Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Aquarium, Dollywood or Dollywood Splash Country. In the winter months, ski down the slopes of Ober Gatlinburg.

Once booking is confirmed, we will provide our email and cell phone number for assistance as needed! We want you to have an unforgettable stay with everything that you need. We will provide the door code to you by email 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will also receive the address and other pertinent information in that same email. For security the entrance and driveway to the cabin is under video surveillance.

House Rules:

Upon booking this property required a signed rental agreement, a valid government issued ID (minimum renter age of 25), and a security deposit authorization. The booking will not be finalized and is subject to cancelation without the submission of these items.

*A link will be sent to the guest to complete the booking by electronically signing the rental agreement. The security deposit link will be sent and must be submitted immediately however the authorization hold will not be implemented until 2 days prior to the check-in date and it will be released 5 days after check out.
