Centrally located this is a perfect homebase to explore Tacoma and the greater Seattle area. One block from light rail, you can take the tram to downtown and Tacoma Dome. Very close to the freeway to explore Seattle, Puget Sound & Mount Rainier.

The light filled, open concept living room includes a 58-inch Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you'll need including:

âą Keurig, drip & French press coffee makers
âą Microwave oven
âą Electric kettle
âą Dishwasher
âą Full set of dishes & cookware, including children's dishes
âą Air Fryer
âą Cordless vacuum
This is the triplex's main floor unit. It conveniently has shared access to two laundry rooms. The fully fenced backyard is accessible through the sun porch. Outdoor seating & a fire table are available for your enjoyment spring through fall months.
Ample Street parking is available and free on the evenings and weekends. We provide one (1), free daytime parking permit for guests. Additional permits are available for $1/weekday. Our triplex home is a beautiful historic property, over 120 years old, offering a unique and charming stay. We have taken care to preserve and restore many of the original features of the building & update it modern amenities for your comfort. While most guests find their experience peaceful, you may occasionally hear sounds from fellow visitors due to the nature of the home.
