Portside är en lyxig lägenhet med charm av en stuga på bottenvåningen i 3-enheten Back Bay Cottage, byggd 2006. Vi är bredvid Chowder House och kajak och cykeluthyrning och bara ett kvarter från gångbroen. Stugan ligger i hjärtat av hamnen och ändå hittar du lugn och privatliv inuti. Över trettio kaffebarer och restauranger och många affärer ligger inom bekvämt gångavstånd, inklusive många platser öppet året runt.

Portside delar en brygga och flyter med de andra två Back Bay Cottage-enheterna och har sitt eget däck på vattnet. Comforts inkluderar toppmoderna kök och apparater, gaspis, gasgrill, plattskärms-TV, en stor videosamling, vinkylare, iPod-stereo, Wi-Fi och gratis reserverad parkering. Alla sängkläder, handdukar, pappersprodukter och grundläggande smaktillsatser.

Incredible property in the heart of Boothbay. There really isn't another property like this in the area given its waterfront location in downtown Boothbay. The property was clean with a gorgeous kitchen that was perfect for our family. Abby was excellent and very responsive. Could not recommend this property enough, one of my favorite properties I have had the pleasure of staying.

Portside is superbly well appointed, with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, from plush towels to a fully stocked kitchen (there are even spices for cooking!), to travel-size cosmetics to cover anything you forgot. It was immaculately clean and there is plenty of space to bring your own items (the pantry is wonderful!). The location can't be beat—everything in Boothbay Harbor is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, galleries, even boat tours. The view of the harbor from the deck and the dock is fantastic! The AC kept us cool during a very hot week in July. There is so much to do nearby: swim in Barrett's Park or tour the beautiful Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. We had a fantastic week and can't wait to return! (photos show botanical gardens and puffins from a Cap'n Fish's boat tour)

Our stay at Back Bay Cottage, Portside was amazing! Working with Abby was great and she was so helpful with questions and took care of everything down to the smallest detail. The cottage is stunning and we did not want to leave. The scenery and comfy interior provided the quiet calm we needed for this visit. Thank you so much! Can't wait to come when the temps are a bit warmer!

Best location !

Portside was the best location we have ever stayed in Boothbay...We were three generations ages 25 thru 80...it was so quiet yet right in town...so close to our favorite bar NEAT...the house is well equipped with everything you may need from breakfast to dinner..beds extremely comfortable ...Was so nice to just sit on the deck or dock and just relax...we will definitely be back

The property was exactly as advertised, and working with the property owner was easy and pleasant! We could not have asked for a better spot in Boothbay Harbor- close to everything but extremely private and peaceful!! We will be back!!

I instantly fell in love with the cottage! Its charm is top notch and it has great views of the bay. My husband and I, as well as our friends, all felt right at home. Our parking spot was big enough for my husband's truck which we didn't need to use much because the cottage is within walking distance to all of the great restaurants and super cute stores!

Great family stay

My wife and I stayed in this lovely, well appointed and conveniently located condo with our two year old son and my parents. Everyone had plenty of room. The place offered a great combination of classic style and quaintness appropriate for the location while still offering the amenities and comfort of a modern home.

Wonderful weekend

My elderly mother and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Back Bay Cottage - Portside. Mom did needlework, read and enjoyed the view and being right on the water(!). I was able to easily explore all that Boothbay Harbor has to offer, all within walking distance. We loved it so much that we reserved a weekend in May in 2023.

What a spectacular experience! From communicating with Abby, who was kind, detailed, and responsive, to the actual accommodations, which were some of the nicest, most thoughtfully planned that we've ever stayed in, every part of this visit was outstanding! We can't wait to visit again and again!!

Best location

You cannot beat the location of this property. It is right in the town of Boothbay Harbor and also on the water. You can walk to restaurants, shops and tours. The host was very friendly and had so much helpful information for us. The home had everything we needed and more. We will come back and book this place again.
