Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa with magical view, surrounded by gorgeous calming trees and vineyards. Pool, pétanque, beautiful landscaping, tasteful decor, amazing layout of the house, spotlessly clean-- a lovely oasis that we were sorry to leave. We hope to return and highly recommend this property.

Great space for 10 people

Spectacular views of hills and sea. Abundance of space and privacy for multiple family members. Very quiet, relaxing atmosphere, extraordinary sunsets. Table tennis and Pétanque court a bonus and well used by children and adults. 2 fridges and water filtration helped. Concerns include overall cleanliness especially the kitchen and wares and washing machine (mouldy). Dated and tired kitchen and appliances that leak or do not work ie dryer and lower level air conditioner. Pool and hot tub (not used) not kept clean by pool maintenance service. The latter issues were reported to the owner. More towels and more start up supplies like soaps, paper towels, foil etc would be appreciated to allow more time to shop and restock. Although we had a wonderful time, these issues should not have been present given the price.

très bonne adresse

Maison avec une vue magnifique, au calme,très confortable,très bien équipée ,ce qui nous a poussé au farniente .Les enfants étaient enchantés de pouvoir se poser et profiter de la piscine. Je recommande cette maison pour passer d'agréables vacances familiale, Tatiana ,très sympathique,est réactive si un problème se présente .

Idyllic hideaway in the hills

A beautiful peaceful home with stunning views and very comfy beds. Tatiana was always very helpful. We came away feeling very rested. We loved our evenings on the patio enjoying excellent food and rose. The pizza oven was a treat too. Thank you so much Tatiana.

Wonderful villa with views and vinyards

This is a wonderful property perched above Saint Cyr Sur Mer in the Bandol wine region of Var. The vineyard-lined roads that lead to the property are narrow and add to a special feeling of remoteness and privacy. However the location is perfect to go to the beach, wine tasting, enjoy the small surrounding towns, or just cruise through the countryside by car or bike. The house itself is clean and very well appointed with a modern but comfortable vibe. Our family was looking for a restful vacation to read, cook together, play games, swim and relax in the beauty of the Southern French coast and this was a perfect place. While there are other houses around, you barely notice them when at the house. Tatiana was quick to communicate and provide great suggestions and help during our stay to make it great.

Aufenthalt im le Regard

Das Ferienhaus le Regard in La Cadière d'Azur bietet alles, was von einem erstklassigen Resort verlangt wird. Die Villa ist geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet, bietet einen einmaligen, phantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und verfügt über viele weitere Annehmlichkeiten, wie Pool, Whirlpool, Liegeplätze, Bibliothek, Tischtennis und Liegeplätze. Die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet, das Esszimmer, wie auch die Terrasse bieten locker für 12 Personen genügend Raum und laden zum Wohlbefinden ein. Vom Haus aus sind schöne Spaziergänge machbar, wie auch in der näheren Umgebung am Meer oder in den Calangues bei Cassis. Der Golfplatz von Fregatte ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso die ausgezeichnete Bäckerei Simone, und das Einkaufszentrum (Carrefour). Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Ort, mit einer zuvorkommenden und lieben Gastgeberin. Herzlichen Dank Tatjana für diesen einmaligen Aufenthalt.

Wonderful house with a breathtaking view

We had a fabulous week in La Cadière D’Azur. The villa was fantastic with everything you need for an amazing holiday. The pool was perfect and the air conditioning indoors meant perfect sleep. Finally, best of all the view looking out over the Mediterranean was perfection.

Breathtaking views

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at Regard d’azur (2 couples with 2 boys). The 360 views were stunning, the sea in front (with sunsets), the pine trees and rocky hills on one side and the vines on the other. It was close to everything and yet, we felt alone and could not see any neighbour. Even better than in the pictures! the pool was great and the house was very tastefully furnished and spacious. A few more comfy chairs on the patio would have been nice. We had a few glitches with the AC but a repairman was dispatched promptly and overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Unforgettable

We have just spend two unforgettable weeks in the most wonderful villa with an amazing sea view from the various balconies - whether you enjoy a nice meal at the dinning table or you relax in the lounge area. We are are family of 5 persons with 3 teenagers and we all enjoyed the stay with a very nice 1st floor with TV, chess and a variety of books. The outdoor facilities were excellent with a wonderful pool area, table tennis and lounge area. The villa is wonderful and fully lives up to the description in the add. It is clean, well-maintained - absolutely top class! The owner provided such good service - helpfull and available at all hours. You couldn't ask for more. The surroundings are breathtaking with the sea view and the mountains. This is absolutely a highly recommendable villa and we would love to come back.

Amazing!

We had the most amazing week in this wonderful huge villa (4 couples and an 8 week old baby). We absolutely loved it (It couldn't have been better). The views from the balcony were fantastic. It'll be a week to remember. Highly recommended.

SEJOUR INOUBLIABLE

Cette villa est somptueuse, elle apporte beaucoup de sérénité par la quiétude qu'elle inspire tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, sans compter sur un accueil particulièrement chaleureux. Dès qu'on ouvre la porte d'entrée, on est saisi par la splendeur de sa situation exceptionnelle. Elle nous a permis de vivre de très agréables moments. Elle est dotée d'une vue exceptionnelle et nous avons pu profiter des premiers rayons de soleil jusqu'à la nuit tombée où la baie de St Cyr / La Ciotat s'illumine, sans oublier ces magnifiques couchers de soleil ... L'intérieur est très moderne et dispose de toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires que l'on soit 2 ou 10 personnes. La maison et son jardin était très propre et bien entretenu. Les grandes baies vitrées s'ouvrant sur les terrasses donnent une sensation de bien être toujours guidée par cette vue imprenable. Une expérience à renouveler sans la moindre hésitation .... Ainsi, nous recommandons effectivement cette magnifique villa

Magnificent setting

We just returned from a wonderful week at Le Regard. The house and natural setting surpass the photos in beauty. How could you possibly capture the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the ample terrace (with covered and open areas)? We were a family of 3, accompanied by a single friend, who stayed in a separate module off of the terrace with it's own bedroom and bath. My wife and I stayed on the main floor, adjacent the kitchen, and our daughter had free run (which she loved) of the upstairs bedroom suite with gaming and lounge areas. There are 2 other bedrooms downstairs which we didn't use, but were perfectly nice. Oh, and the house has air-conditioning! A puzzling rarity to find in this climate, but you will be ever-grateful to have it in the summer. The star of the show, however, is the view. We spent almost all of our waking hours on the terrace, watching the light change on the Mediterranean below, cooking meals in the wood burning oven and admiring the limestone cliffs that frame the view to the left. Among the notable activities we enjoyed: Swimming in the ocean at St. Cyr Sur Mer, driving the "Route des Cretes" from La Ciotat over the Cap to Cassis, Shopping / Marketing in Bandol and Sanary Sur Mer (better shopping here, while Bandol has better restaurants) and visiting local wineries. Within a 15 minute drive you can be in some of the most hallowed cellars in Bandol: Chateau Pibarnon, Domaine Tempier, Domaine Ott, etc. There's also a center for local wines in Bandol that carries most of the local bounty. Beyond the local market days, there is a Carrefour (grocery store) 7 minutes from the house, as well as a fantastic boulanger / produce stand in between. The quality of goods is outstanding across the board. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive (the only scare I had with the booking was from some phishing attempts on the Homeaway site...I would encourage you to contact Tatiana by phone and avoid using the site for anything but viewing properties). Everything went as stated in the listing and I received my security deposit back promptly upon return. We would return in a heartbeat, but maybe this time for a little longer...thanks Tatiana and Bruno for a wonderful week. We'll be back!
