FANTASTIC! Place to Vacation!

We absolutely love staying at the Farmhouse, it is like our home away from home. Sitting out on the Front Porch enjoying the farm scenery, the pond, walks on the grounds, etc. Just a wonderful Place!

Perfect stay as always!

We love this property and will always check for its availability first when coming to Oxford. It’s just a bit out of town but close enough for convenience. It’s a great value! Mr.Fisher is always kind, welcoming, and hospitable. We are glad we found his farm!

Great farm house

We were down for our son’s baseball tournament. The location is still close enough to Oxford to be convenient but away from some of the crowds on a busy weekend at a great price. Mr. fisher is a pleasure to speak with and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is seemless. We highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Fantastic Place to Stay

Fabulous place to stay!

The farm is a wonderful home away from home place to stay!! The grounds around the farm are so well maintained and just beautiful! Our family and friends feel very fortunate to have found this place! The owner is so very concerned with your comfort and is a delight to work with! If you are planning a trip to Oxford for any reason this is the best place to stay

Spacious property in country

The property is the upper level of the home. The property manager had excellent communication with guests and is sociable, polite and friendly. The home was clean and spacious with plenty of towels and blankets. It also had excellent water pressure. The property is exactly as pictured in the listing. We would have liked to be a little closer to campus (about 20 minutes from Ole Miss) but having the extra space and being in a quiet setting was nice. Our only suggestions would be to turn the A/C on sooner when it’s extremely hot and humid outside. It took 6+ hours to cool off. The property manager was very on top of things though and even had an A/C guy out prior to our arrival when he noticed it wasn’t cooling off very fast. And blackout curtains or blinds in bedrooms would be nice.

The property was private yet close to town ! The pond was great for fishing and the property was exactly as described!! Would definitely rent again and the owner was great to deal with and very accommodating

Our Home Away From Home

We absolutely Love staying at the Farmhouse, it is a very welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. Mr. Fisher is the best host ever, I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Oxford. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Graduation

We traveled to Oxford to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Ole Miss Law School. One thing to know about Oxford, the nice affordable places get booked real quick. We originally had booked another place but had to cancel it when Ole Miss unexpectedly changed the graduation date without proper notice. It was then a mad scramble to find another rental. We were very surprised when we found such a nice place. The property is located about 15 minutes from town. You can not see the house from the road making it very private. The living quarters are upstairs with the entrance at the back of the home. The place is extremely clean and filled with all of the amenities anybody could want. Communication with the Mr. Fisher was always pleasant and he responded quickly to any messages. We have been going to Oxford for 3 years to visit my daughter and this was by far our favorite place.

Peaceful place

Although a bit out of the way, we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet after the crowds and noise of downtown Oxford. Owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Junior Day Weekend

The Farm was a slice of Heaven. Everything we needed especially the quiet time. The location was perfect to the University and the Square. Dinner recommendations were spot on. The locals have the freshest milk, eggs, and other items available. Watch the sunrise/sunset or wet a line, either way you will enjoy this place 100%.

Mr. Fisher was the model hospitable host! He was generous with the check in process and provided everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed our stay throughly.
