As a traveling nurse, Carmen stayed in her fair share of vacation rentals. And after a highly disappointing stay on a trip with friends and family, Carmen knew she could do better. Thatâs when she decided to start her own business. Along with her friends Alma and Cheri, she began Kamkev Luxury Oasis in November 2023. Since then, Carmen has hosted guests in her professionally sanitized, thoroughly clean, and comfortable homes. As a nurse, cleanliness and safety are her main priorities, and she loves making sure all of her guests have a wonderful stay

Outdoor Space
When you stay here, itâs all about enjoying Delray Beach! Just outside the condo is a designated parking space for your car, so you wonât have to worry about parking while youâre here. Park your car for your entire stay â use our bikes and helmets and take a quick ride to Pineapple Grove, Atlantic Avenue, or the beach. If itâs the beach youâre after, donât forget to grab our complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas so you can spend all day relaxing in the sand.
Around the Area
Located in downtown Delray Beach, this condo is just a short walk from restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and a quick drive to the beach.
Just across the street is Pineapple Grove Arts District. Here youâll find shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Stroll along and marvel at the sculptures and murals that bring Delrayâs arts and culture to life.
Walk a few blocks over, and youâll find Atlantic Avenue, the main street of Delray Beach. Dine at various restaurants, grab a drink at one of the unique bars, or search for treasures in antique shops and boutiques as you stroll the Avenue.
The beach is just a 5-minute drive away if you want to dip your toes in the sand. You can also hop on our bikes to ride down to the beachâitâs about a 15-minute bike ride. You can also check out the Ride Freebee app, which offers free rides to and from the beach.
