Detta rymliga hem med 6 sovrum / 4 badrum har ett utmärkt, privat slutplats i en lugn cul-de-sac. Med 2 kung sovrum, 1 drottning och 3 tvillingar finns det plats för 12 personer bekvämt. Unika funktioner som skiljer det från typiska hyreshus.

Lyxigt utomhusliv.

Den extremt stora anpassade poolen (35 fot lång) är mycket större än normen vid hyrbostäder, vilket gör det till en samlingspunkt för ditt besök i solskenet. Poolen kompletteras av dubbla luftblåsare i det uppvärmda spaet för verkligt bubblande bad (pool och Spa värme tillval mot en extra kostnad).

Det stora däckområdet inkluderar en skuggad Lanai med takfläktar och ett utomhus matbord med plats för åtta. (Inomhus finns ett 4-sits soffbord, ett formellt matbord med 6 platser samt sittplatser med frukostbar).

Slutpartiets webbplats har också fördel av extra integritet (med staket runt två sidor av gården) och en stor uppfart (med parkeringsplats för fyra till sex bilar, PLUS ett dubbelgarage).

På kvällen finns det ytterligare belysning i poolen.

Excellent Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying at this home. We LOVED it again! Our grown kids came down and stayed for some of our stay. They completely loved the pool! We were able to have 6 adults and a teenager comfortably in the house and including having a ‘home office’ set up.As always the service from the staff is incredible and I look forward to staying with Excellent Vacation Homes in the future!

Satisfactory

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Villa is in a secure gated very quiet community and in an excellent location for getting around and to all attractions. The Villa itself was spacious and the pool was beyond our wildest dreams and much better in real life. There was a couple of slight issues with the property it was a bit dated inside, upgrades are needed to furniture and appliances. It was short of lining but Rem was brilliant and got some delivered to us within 48hrs. The bedrooms were great however one room did have dead bugs among the bedsheets and Dentifloss was found on the floor in the same room. Other than these little issues we was very happy with the Villa and would recommend and would happily stay there again in the future.

Not as portrayed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Main problem, besides uncomfortable furniture, a freezer that did not freeze,a stove that you could not change the temperature on, was the fact that the pool area was infested with red ants. Pest control did come but ants are under the surrounding bricks and they could not be killed. Ants also got in pool water and everyone suffered ant bites. We also had problem with pool heat not working correctly for 19 days. Our disabled Vietnam Veteran that suffers from pulmonary fibrosis was not abld to enjoy pool or spa! Would not rent again.

We enjoyed our stay- clean, cool, comfortable beds, nice pool- if you want to go to beaches it is a little far like 1-1/2 hours but real close to Orlando- would stay here again

The booking process was pretty seamless - we had one very minor issue and Rem solved it immediately. During our 3 1/2 week stay we didn’t have any issues. Our favorite feature was the pool - it really is a great pool! Another excellent vacation stay provided by Excellent Vacation Homes!

Just what our family needed!!!

This place was just perfect for our family. we had a mixed of toddlers and teens and the space was just perfect. Everyone had their little area to themselves. And as per the grownups, what can we say, we wish we could have been able to stay longer. Host was available whenever we had a question, thanks for the hospitality. Overall a nice place

The house was as described and accommodated our family well. Our only issue was the WiFi, which didn’t work for the first day and a half. It should also be a secure WiFi, instead of general access. That, along with the horrible reception in the area in general was very inconvenient. The furniture, appliances, and fixtures could use updating. Other than that we really enjoyed our time.

Our stay !

The garage had trash . The pool table cover was on the floor . Missing things from kitchen that are a must to have . The bedroom my children stayed in had left over oranges someone must of left. The pull out couch smelled like pee . Under the couch there was a spoon , a childrens food pouch and pacifier. I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness from this home. Although it lacked in cleanliness it was very close to parks and restaurants.

Wonderful property. Waste of money paying to heat pool and hottub. They blamed it on cooler than normal weather, it was actually warmer than normal for January. I live 1 hour south of here and our community pool has no problem keeping the water temperature comfortable. Coffee pot leaks and is way overdue to be replaced. There was no dish soap or trash bags. Pool deck near screen all the way around screen was covered in mud and sand. Many ant hills in the pool area. Other than those issues house was very well laid out with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 upstairs. Large living room with lots of seating. Full size pool table in the garage was a lot of fun for everyone. So if your looking for a large house with a non heated pool this is it.

Family vacay

Check in process was easy... Home was nice we wanted to enjoy the hot tub but it was not heated .. We were not told if we had to pay something extra for that feature.. Also we had 2 leaks on at the a.c in the ceiling in the master bedroom closet and master batheroom a.c. in the ceiling same issue.. Other than that good location. Distance to attractions may have bee. 25-30 mins. Enough room for my family
