Outstanding. Keyless check-in was virtually instantaneous. Impeccably clean. The townhouse just seemed to go on and on…I am still not certain how many floors it had. Felt very roomy and would be very adequate for a relatively large family. That said, a family with little ones would need to be vigilant and possibly would want to bring a barrier because there are stairs EVERYWHERE!Management was very quick to respond to questions or comments.The garage: yeah, it IS dinky. I managed to squeeze my Volvo XC 40 Recharge into it, but only by inhaling deeply the instant my mirrors crossed the threshold. Street parking did appear to be a challenge although I did not do an extensive search. An excellent choice for a centrally located and roomy townhouse.

Townhouse was very clean! Great kitchen with dining table to easily seat 6 people. Bedrooms on top and lower floors, but great for separate privacy space if needed. Had no issues and host was responsive. Great area of Seattle! Easy ride to downtown.

Our host made check- in and check- out very easy, in good communication during stay. Well-appointed and clean rental, close to everything. Would definitely stay again

My husband and I, plus our grown son and daughter stayed here to visit another daughter who lives here in Seattle. It was perfect for us since she lives in Queen Anne. This is a lovely part of Seattle!

Beautiful place, just be sure your other guests are respectful of privacy.

The property is beautiful, and really close to some major attractions in Seattle. The amenities are great and made our stay easy. Just make sure those you're staying with are respectful of boundaries. Only one of the bedrooms has a door, the other uses a movable screen for privacy, while the master bedroom is at the top of the stairs, but with no door.

Location is great, host was very accommodating to our requests. Only one out of the three rooms has a door to provide privacy, which is on the first level. There is a bed in the same level that is in an open area. Second level is living room/dining room/kitchen, all well appointed. Primary bedroom on the third level does not have a door, primary bath has a transparent glass paneled door, W/D in the primary bedroom closet. Garage probably fits a mid size car, we got a full size rental (BMW-5 series), quite challenging pulling in the garage and unable to close the garage door after parked. The area is safe and we didn’t have any problem leaving garage door open during our stay. Would recommend this place.

Queen Anne townhouse

My main concern is a fire code violation. Main bedroom on top floor over kitchen has no window that opens, when window AC was added, window was sealed shut. No door to outside, no door to close off this room. I assume property has not been inspected in awhile. 2 members of my community died in fire in uninspected luxury house rental. We did continue our stay, I did report this to house manager. Otherwise property was fine, needs maintenance such as window shades falling apart and front door exterior light is out.
