The home offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Chelan, and is a scenic 30-minute drive from town. When in Chelan or Manson, spend your days wine tasting, dining at local restaurants, boating on the lake, or hiking through the picturesque countryside.

CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AERIE:
1. Max Occupancy: 10 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 5 vehicles and one boat/jet ski trailer
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighborsâ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guestsâ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

THINGS TO NOTE:
* Please take note that this home is up in the hills above Lake Chelan in an area called Union Valley. There are two ways to drive up into Union Valley, one short and steep, the other longer but smoother. Both roads are dirt roads and the short and steep road is not well maintained. More detailed instructions will be provided to guests to help best navigate to the home.
* If you plan to arrive later in the evening or after dark, we strongly suggest you pack/purchase groceries before heading up the hill. The home is ~30 mins from downtown Chelan when taking the long way up Union Valley Road.
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
There are five outside surveillance cameras. These overlook the driveway, front door entrance, the pool & pool equipment and hot tub. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, and guest & neighbor/neighborhood security. Tampering with cameras is immediate cause of eviction. There are no indoor cameras. Additionally, there is a noise decibel monitor in the homeâs common spaces. Noise decibel monitors are devices that assess sound levels and their duration but do not record audio.
OUTDOOR FIREPLACE:
The outdoor fireplace will not be available to guests during burn bans. When the Chelan County burn ban enters Stage 2, the fireplace will need to be locked up and can be reopened after October 1, as soon as the burn ban is lifted.
BOATS & TRAILERS:
Bringing a boat or trailer? Please be sure to let your hosts know. Due to the road conditions getting to and from the home, we would like the opportunity to review and discuss in order to set expectations. We can also provide recommendations if bringing the boat or trailer up to the home won't work out.
PETS:
The Aerie is not a pet friendly property.
HOT TUB & POOL MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub and pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has much to offer for every group. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Chelan and Manson have to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events that Manson and Chelan host (Small Town Holidays, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, winery hosted dinners and so much more!). Most coming to Lake Chelan and renting this home will want to plan out their itinerary for when they are visiting in town and exploring, and when they plan to stay up at the house. This home is ~30 from Chelan's downtown shops, restaurants, tasting rooms and grocery stores.
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love boating, being on the water, wine tasting, having friends over for long weekends and taking in nature to unwind from the hustle and bustle and craziness of our daily grind. We enjoy morning coffee and evening happy hours on the patio while soaking in the mountain views and amazing sunsets. Having the pool allows for a great summer vacation and the hot tub is perfect at night for catching shooting stars.
