Nestled in the same building where we reside, our retreat is more than just a holiday spot; it's a slice of Cretan life. The well-furnished space includes 2 bedrooms that can host 5 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom complete with a bathtub and a convenient washing machine.
However, the real magic unfolds on the veranda, where you can immerse yourself in the coastal panorama and savor the gentle sea breeze. From there, when the sun rises and goes down, you can assist in the life of the Almyros oasis and make the veranda your special birdwatching corner.
As night falls, the veranda becomes a front-row seat to the enchanting spectacle of moonlight on the waves.

For this reason we welcome our guests in our apartment in Almyros and we guide travellers who like boat trips to unique trips on our traditional wooden motorsailing boat "Sara", starting from the Marina of Agios Nikolaos.

In Almyros you are 5 minutes away from the centre of Agios Nikolaos, where you find everything what you need, but at the same time you are in the tranquillity, in front of the sea, next to the sand beach, with a view on the Mirabello Gulf and of the Lasithi Mountain.
This place is in front of a natural oasis where you get enthusiast if you like birdwatching and I love to see the different species throughout the year.

From our veranda you enjoy the view of Agios Nikolaos and the sea of the Gulf of Mirabello, with the Lasisthi mountains in front of the sea.
From the rooms you can hear the sound of the waves on the beach.
If you like to wake up early you will assist to spectacular sun rises.
As night falls, the 35m2 veranda becomes a front-row seat to the enchanting spectacle of the stars and the moonlight on the waves.
Around the house is a garden with 37 olive trees and other trees and plants, with the corner of the aromatic plants.
From our veranda you enjoy the view of Agios Nikolaos and the sea of the Gulf of Mirabello, with the Lasisthi mountains in front of the sea.
