Located on the 12th floor on the east side of the Aquarella Tower in Juan Dolio, you can enjoy the first rays of the sun each morning, beautiful sunrises, and, most of the time, natural light flooding the interior of the apartment. It is a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps 4, decorated and equipped to ensure you have all the necessary comforts during your stay. Smart satellite TV and Fire TV are available for when the sun goes down. All areas are designed for sharing, from the balconies to the kitchen. And the bedroom is a peaceful haven with an unobstructed view of the sea—perfect for relaxation and focused work. We’ve provided a desk and a comfortable office chair so you can stay productive while enjoying the spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea.

Each room in the apartment has split-type air conditioning, and whether you’re sleeping on the sofa bed or in the bedroom, you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea, TV, and comfortable sheets and towels for a restful night’s sleep.
Guests staying with us have access to all the building’s amenities, starting with covered and secure parking. These include an infinity pool with swimming lanes, a semi-private beach, a gym, a sauna, a Turkish bath, massage rooms, a multipurpose court, and a games room. Use of backcountry vehicles and kayaks incurs an additional fee and is subject to availability.

One of the benefits of our accommodations are its location in the center of the eastern part of the country. From here, you can visit any other city and return in plenty of time without any problems; almost all points of interest are approximately one hour away by car. And Las Americas Airport is just 20 minutes away. Ask about excursions.
It’s a very quiet residential area where you’ll find restaurants, small grocery stores, and bars—and almost all establishments offer delivery service.
We’re very close to the main road, where a bus runs approximately every 30 minutes; local taxis are also available.
