Great Vacation

The property was as advertised, having the sports court, pool, hot tub, and beach all right there at the property made our stay with 4 kids 5 & under wonderful. The house was clean and the owner was pleasant to communicate with. Seeing 2 rocket launches from the back yard was a unique experience.

Wonderful time for a family

The home and location were great! We have college kids and they all had a great time. The property manager Zack was very responsive and resolved any concerns right away. Having a pickleball/ tennis court was a bonus. We all love to play. The beach was beautiful. Sunrise is amazing. The extras with the house were perfect

Excellent spot on the beach!

Had a great stay on the beach in Melbourne! The space was very roomy and easily accommodated both my family and my brother's family (each with 2 kids). Great to get up and go for a run along the waves! The poolside grill was great for big dinners and the property is located close to several restaurant options, including a taco truck right across the street for easy lunches. I would definitely recommend!

The house was perfect for our family of 10. We appreciated the safety features of the completely gated pool area and the door alarms. The house was very spacious and the beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the utensils etc that you would ever need. The beach is literally steps away and the viewing deck was enjoyed by all. The beach front is beautiful and very clean. The tennis/pickleball court was perfect for after dinner fun…. there is plenty of outdoor space for all kinds of outdoor games. We particularly appreciated the guest house space for our particular family needs. The house is located conveniently to stores and restaurants and there are several children’s parks nearby. We all can’t wait to come back again!

Family Vacation 2024

We had a great stay, the house is very nice and well stocked. The beach access is perfect. Loved stting on the deck in the morning and watching the sun rise. Pool was clean and well maintained. We will be back!

This property is just like the pictures! It is evident that the owners and property managers think of everything vacationers would need, without skimping on quality. Plenty to do without leaving the house... except to get groceries. Well cared for property and good communication

Quiet and private retreat

It was perfect for a family vacation!! We fished at night with no lights, which was awesome. We spotted 3 large sea turtles coming on beach to lay eggs and caught 4 sharks. We released all of them, they were fun to catch. The house overall presented a great place to stay for an on beach retreat.

Perfect location

We were traveling with small kids and this location was perfect. Right on the beach and fully outfitted with beach chairs, toys, high chair, pack n play… We will stay here again for sure! Might have to be a yearly thing!

Family Trip "home"

This property is amazing! My husband and I grew up in Indialantic and we brought our grown family and young grandchildren together to enjoy the area and see extended family. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location. The beach is just a few steps away and the pool was perfect! The gates on the pool area and backyard are wonderful especially since we had two one year olds along. The tennis court was an added bonus that everyone enjoyed. A wonderful property.

Perfect family vacation

This property is spectacular. The location makes it easy to walk to some places or close enough to drive a short distance to others. The main house is beautiful and very spacious. Plenty of room to make meals, lounge or even all have supper together at the same table. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The Guest house that was right next to the house offered more privacy for some family members, yet close enough to easily join everything. The pool and spa were a hit. Easy access and safe for smaller children to get in and out of both. The beach was a short walk from the house and was enjoyed by all of us many times each day. This house was a great hit for our three-generation family vacation. Marcia

Hidden Gem!

This property, by far, exceeded our expectations. Not only is it directly on the private beach but, is within a short distance to either walk or drive to restaurants and stores. The process was flawless with the owner and VRBO. This property was fully up to date and not "aged" with use. Highly recommend it.

Phenomenal location with an Amazing House!

My extended family (13 of us) rented this property for a week in June. And it was fantastic. The property is set up perfectly for a large group including toddlers. We all especially loved the very short walk to the beach, pool, hot tub, and private tennis court on which we played pickle ball every night. I highly recommend this property!

Fun on the beach

Our stay was wonderful. Excellent beach and swimming pool. The accommodations were excellent. Plenty of room for all of us (3 families 4 kids). Easy access to the beach. Many restaurants near buy and grocery stores. Many attractions nearby. We did 2 nature tours and the space center. Two rocket launches from Cape Canaveral topped off the trip. It was a great week. Perfect family spot!!!

We hardly left the house because there was so much to do!!!! So nice with lots of space where we could spread out and do our own things when we felt like it. We rented bikes from a shop down the street so it was nice to bike around the area and not take cars out. Kids loved the pool and tennis court. We ended up leaving some nice Lululemon clothes there and they mailed them back to us for free!!! We never thought we would see them again it made my sisters day to get her clothes back. Thank you!
