Jack's Spot MIBC116 is now available for your next vacation to Port Aransas. Elevated on stilts, it offers ample parking space underneath. As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover a single-level layout with a spacious comfy living area that has a flat screen TV, you will have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Situated in a lovely locations with a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Pets are allowed, with additional fees, please see below. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed. Please be aware there are external cameras.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, and door to deck
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, and door to deck
- Additional Bedding: Two twin size folding beds in the living area
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
