About this space
These apartments are right in the heart of East Nashville, which is the hippest part of the city and rich in culture and history! The complex has been completely updated and has the perfect mix of new amenities with a retro vibe,...and you will love the sense of community within the complex! This unit is on the first floor and right across the courtyard to the saltwater pool, gym & business center.
The space
You will enjoy easy access to all Nashville has to offer! It's full of cool shops, restaurants, music venues, and local breweries,.. and Downtown Nashville is only a few miles away! When you return from all your fun,.. you will be so thankful for a private and quiet apartment to come home to!

This apartment is one of eleven that I manage in the same complex. If this one shows unavailable, please go ahead and contact me since I may have another unit available. All of my units are in the same apartment complex and have the same floor model.
Guest access
You have full access to all the apartment complex has to offer. There is a beautiful saltwater pool and a gym next to the leasing office. Enjoy the outdoor park and pavillon with a nice outdoor grill. Please note that I am not responsible if any of the amenities are off season or closed by the management.

*IMPORTANT! Background Check Fee $50 - Please send email address.

Because this rental is for 30 days or more, the management's only request is to run a background check on all occupants staying in the apartment. It is usually completed in 48 hours. It is a very simple form and, so far, I have never had anyone denied. Honestly, unless you have a very serious problem, .. then it is ok to go ahead and book and then send me your email address.
